Star Light Reflections: Cygnus-Lyra

Star Light Reflections, the final Volume 5 of the *Five Star Series*, by Ted Denmark and Julie Loar, covers the years 2014-2015 in these "Telepresence Conferences with ETs and Celestial Guides," which began with The Star Table Trance Missions. V. 5 contains more of Julie's wonderful color sketches of nearly all the 'regular participants,' including a portrait of Semjase, in these "close encounters of the sixth kind."
The series began in 2010, and reports of UFO/ET (now UAP) phenomena have only grown more extensive. Ted's Arcturian future-self Michael tells us, "The skies over Earth are very crowded right now." Hilarion, in his role as master of ceremonies with consort Athena, outlines the "Five Stars" in this final summing-up as Aldebaran, Alcyone, Sirius A, Arcturus, and Mizar (or Mirach), which are to be associated with their constellations Taurus, Pleiades, Canis Major, Boötees, and Andromeda. Cygnus-Lyra, the subtitled constellation for this V. 5, is said to have been the most ancient contact a million years ago but did not actually result in hybridized human genomics. We are indeed drinking from a firehose of new knowledge here—awaiting its scientific paradigm shift.
J&T's companion animals, led by the great white wolf Tygon, always come along to hold the link between humans and animals just as participating ETs forge a similar link between humans and the higher kingdoms in nature. There are also a few more exotic, less-humanoid participants this time, who try to dispel some of the darkest ET fear-mongering propagated in the commercial mainstream media—especially sci-fi horror movies.
J&T are both astrologers and guidance counselors of professional rank, and many aspects of esoteric astrology are discussed, like that of the dark star Astraea that orbits together with our main solar system, producing the Precession of the Equinoxes phenomenon, which also gave rise to the Yuga teachings. Initially, J&T did not imagine they were ET hybrid 'star-seeds' with patient star family waiting for them to discover their real nature.
It is a meandering way to many interesting but obscure and controversial subjects including a Galactic Council meeting, convened as it happens to assess the current condition of Earth's humanity at the critical juncture being witnessed—which finds the situation rather dire. It is Ariel in a later session who notes that these conferences may well impact the Disclosure process. There are happy moments, too, as when Rhi, Julie's Pleiadian future self, expresses her love for Julie, particularly in anticipation of J&T's planned marriage—which happens! Perhaps the highlight of V.5 occurs in session 68 when J&T attend a meeting of the Terran Council of Truth and Light, a group of very advanced adepts, which goes starkly into relations between Sirians and the rogue Pleiadian raiders on ancient Earth.
The final session 70 delves deeply into the situation of J&T and their matching double time-line future-self identities as Pleiadian couple Rhi and Phindar, which is seen as a quite rare and unusual exo-psychology experiment, indicating that these narratives will emerge among the essentially accurate accounts of what really happened during this time when ETs returned to Earth.

It’s the day before the Winter Solstice, which finds Julie and Ted dressed for the season along with their group, beginning with two new elvish beings.  The initial discussion is about a house for sale in Pagosa that has been discovered as a possible place for J&T to consider for themselves, but which is then contrasted with the house Julie saw earlier in a vision.  Semjase is present with a new companion, Alanphin, which piques Ted’s interest.  They are presented with various options and given advice as well as having some amusing times together.

A step off a ramp onto a beamship transporter delivers J&T and the animal crew to the inhabited planet in the system of Mirach, called by them what sounds to Julie like Bulac.  When Ted asks about the final one—or two—of the Five Stars, he is given the simple formula Lyra seeded Cygnus.  Julie realizes that they are in the Constellation of Andromeda but still in the Milky Way after first thinking they had gone to the galaxy of the same name.  Ted learns more about the Pleiades; like, why they were called the Seven Sisters.

There’s another stone castle on the itinerary, and the full crew find themselves in a Medieval Celtic setting in a room in Brittany with their closest guides and a royal couple from the era being visited.  The session is going to be focused on this pair of past lives of J&T in relation to their attempt in the current life to successfully manage the plan of their marriage ceremony.  They are about to travel to Boulder, CO where Ted had lived previously, where he also had a difficult situation in a marriage more than three decades earlier.  There will also be an extended discussion of where ETs came from as will be presented in this *Five Star Series* of books.

After getting wolf kisses (!), Julie and Ted with crew step into the bright white light of time travel … back to Brittany in the 1500s to a Celtic place of earlier experiences and memories.  To set the tone of the time Ailein, a woman of the time, is present as a witness.  They arrive at a ritual performance staging area with standing stones and a thatched roof building.  It will be the opening to amazing new knowledge and deep star-family revelations by Athena & Hilarion as well as Rhi & Phindar of the times in these days of indigenous people and of extraordinary future times for them to come (which they are now experiencing as J&T).

An experimental session is included here, out of the main sequence of conferences, in an  attempt to more explicitly determine Julie’s ability to see into the future over a period of the next year or so.  Julie and Ted are planning to leave Pagosa Springs, CO in a couple of weeks, driving Ted’s older Toyota Four-Runner, which Julie refers to as a car, and Ted calls a truck (it’s an SUV).  They have reservations for staying in Las Vegas for several days—but not many detailed plans for their time while there—and then expect to continue on to Ted’s house in California with several options for getting across the high Sierras in early spring on the way.

Julie, Ted and the animals soar to superconscious levels, now dressed in white after warmly being greeted by Tygon the wolf.  They time travel directly back to an historical setting in 15th Century France, enter into a castle and go to a room with a rectangular table.  A full complement of 24 ET guests are seated, and they soon launch into scanning the current forest fire emergency situation near Ted’s house in the Central Sierra.

The animals accompany Julie and Ted, who are dressed in white with long hair, but otherwise looking ordinary for contemporary times, going down the marble stairs, and all find themselves in front of a tall arch with a gate that soon opens into a beautiful outdoor elvish environment, having trees with naturally golden leaves.  Today an unusual decorative stone table with an eight-fold pattern of metal spokes awaits them, where a corresponding group of eight participants is about to be seated.  All the humanoid guests, including J&T and their attendant couples of associates will be seated in near proximity to the central stone table. Julie soon finds that this etherealized group of eight celestials is called The Terran Council of Truth and Light, having its origin in the ancient Sirian diaspora.

After the invocation Julie and the animals are taken up into a large starship on a beam of light that acts like an elevator.  They soon arrive on a reception deck, and Julie sees a number of familiar Pleiadians: Rhi and Phindar, Asafah and Lysah, whose wife and husband respectively are present for the first time, and her exo-father Lysinder, who is also present with his wife for the first time.  Shortly thereafter, they all walk around the inside perimeter of the spacecraft to a meeting room, where others are waiting around a rectangular table with a bulged middle section.  Today for the first time, beverages are being served, and they soon begin their discussion with questions of double identity having to do with the relationship between Julie and Ted, and Rhi and Phindar.

The sessions in Volume V of this 5-Star series of trance-missions, Star Light Reflections, takes us to distant star systems, the south of France, and Mount Carmel in Biblical times, to name but three amazing locations in time and space. Session #57, the first in this fifth book in the series, took place at the holiday season of 2014, the day before the Winter Solstice. The final session #70, transpired in October, a year later. As I write this Foreword in August of 2020, it is rapidly approaching ten years since the adventure first began in early November 2010. What began in some ways as an experiment and a curiosity has now produced 117 amazing trance sessions.

When I lie down on the couch or bed to enter the trance state I never know in advance what the setting will be or who will arrive at what is usually a conference table. Scenes and settings appear as if we walk through a portal and arrive at a location that has been prepared. The diversity of locations and attendees varies with the exception of the regulars, including our faithful spirit animals, who are always there to guide and guard. The other beings, and the fantastic vistas and landscapes that arise, continue to amaze.

During a session I receive information in a variety of ways. Sometimes it is as if someone speaks to me, and I hear a voice; at other times I receive data telepathically, and this can be more difficult to integrate. On occasion multiple beings transmit telepathic information simultaneously, and I am challenged to decode these messages on the fly. There are also times when amazing 3-D animations appear like holograms because I do not have sufficient knowledge about a subject, so they show me a picture, which is sometimes an animation.

When new people attend the sessions and tell me their names, I usually hear the sounds and see the name as letters projected in my field of vision. I try to spell the name aloud phonetically so Ted can note it for the subsequent transcription. Over the decade of these experiences the cast of characters has been stunning with different backgrounds and expertise, who seem to arrive to answer specific questions or provide historical context. Since completing Volume V, we have conducted 47 more equally amazing sessions, most of which are yet to be transcribed. It’s a daunting task that Ted will accomplish over time with his extraordinary skill and finesse.

The now decade-long experience of these trance sessions has been a lesson in not attaching to form and learning to focus on substance. Things that we hoped for didn’t always turn out as we expected, and there have been other surprises. At the end of the day, or the middle of the story, what matters most is trust in the big picture and gratitude for the experience.

At the time of this writing we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the national and global political landscapes are volatile. Looking in the rear-view mirror from August of 2020, nearly six years have passed since the sessions in this Volume were recorded, and the world situation continues to intensify, and the uncertainty of unfolding events increases.

I daily—and sometimes hourly—remind myself of Hilarion’s words, spoken multiple times across the span of these sessions. He has repeated, A certain amount of karma has to be discharged. So, I take a deep breath and trust that wiser minds than mine, who can peer into the future, are overseeing and steering circumstances in ways I will never know. I cannot see the outcome, so I do my best to carry on, holding my state of consciousness as high as I am able as he has admonished us to do, telling us that nothing is more important than meditation.

And I daily repeat, like a mantra, another piece of Hilarion’s sage counsel, A saint meditating in a cave in India has more power to change the world than an army. Do you doubt? So, when doubt rears its debilitating head, darkness looms, and despair threatens to overwhelm, I hear Hilarion’s strong voice and enter my imaginary cave and meditate. I may not be a saint, but I can light a candle and lift up my heart, which helps reduce the sense of powerlessness.

If the experience of these trance sessions has taught me anything, which is a huge understatement, I know that the picture is much bigger than my human mind can take in. The story of humans on Earth is millions of years old, and the story of the galaxy is billions of years longer. In spite of the errors of human beings on this world, or beings on other worlds spread across the galaxy and Universe, there is a much grander process at work that on the largest of scales will ultimately lead toward love and light.

Whatever challenges and difficulties remain in our waking lives, the interconnectedness of Julie and Ted, Ariel and Michael, and Rhi and Phindar, and the unfolding stories that stretch from the distant past into the future, will continue. One day we will have more answers. Meanwhile, we continue to do our best.

The conclusion of the final Telepresence Conference 70 in this final Volume 5, entitled Star Light Reflections, of the now complete *Five Star Series* (subtitled Lyra-Cygnus)—at least as far as major composition and editing are concerned—occurred just an hour or so before the Summer Solstice of 2020, and a day before a powerful eclipsed New Moon in Cancer.  The very unusual circumstances of this year itself will probably always be remembered as the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic—as uniquely disturbing a time as any in American or modern world history.  And if I am not mistaken, it will also be the year the other corona virus, Donald Trump, will be exposed as the fake presidential sovereign he is for all the world to see in America’s brush with blatant neo-fascism—whatever the shakeout consequences turn out to be—and of course the story here is far from over since the political high jinx of his impeached reign will thunder along until election time in November, and far beyond, with full consequences of both situations to be also quite unresolved for some time (has the old Berkeley leftist slogan or jest, Nobody for President finally landed?).

The timing of this Volume 5 setting goes back to just before the final week of 2014 (the time of the Winter Solstice!) and extends to October 11, 2015, just after Julie and I were married on September 27.  So, the first volume (The Star Table Trance Missions) began with the story of how Julie and I first met, and the final volume concludes with our marriage.  I had made the knight-pawn gambit in the introduction to the Star Table volume that the saga would be a love story—in addition to much else—and I was not wrong, in spite of the persistence of the set-piece theme of selling my house to get together full-time with her in one place (which still hasn’t happened, but we are getting really close).  This was the final stage of the Obama presidency, the normality of which does look considerably better in many ways in hindsight from the current dysfunctionality of the fall of Trump during the tragedy of the Covid-19 pandemic.  It was Hilarion who more recently told us in a session that our dear leader is none other than the most famously rash militarist Julius Caesar himself as well as his later guise, the despicable Nero from the fabled decline and fall of the Roman Empire finale, who has returned to meet his karma on the world stage.  Julie and I already have a lot of additional material, similar to what is presented here, which covers the next period from 2015 up to this present time of writing in 2020 (the year of perfect hindsight !), that will eventually be presented in a second multi-volume series of Telepresence Conferences, (tentatively *Star Journeys*), which will be a similar, fully-nuanced and most amazing series of close encounters of the 6th kind with ETs and Celestial Guides.

The stories, circumstances and concerns of this final series of fourteen conferences with our extended family and friends (and some of their distant associates), seem fitting and well-placed for this final volume since, as I will have to say, they go farther and present material that is even more far out in many ways than the narratives of the preceding four volumes as the *Five Star Series* converge more fully for an intermediate wrap on various opening explorations of the yet continuing saga as presented, expanded and resolved over the life of 70 sequential episodes.  Here, more details of the Sirian diaspora are given as they relate to Julie’s exo-contact group of Masters of the Wisdom, including the exotic White Lions, and are compared and contrasted with tales of ancient Pleiadian exo-colonialism vis-à-vis the highly-enterprising initiatives of the contemporary Pleiadians from the Taygeta System who make up the main part of my corresponding ET group of family and friends.  The familiar guide couples continue to appear to offer crucial bits of advice to us along the way with Hilarion and Athena, Semjase and her father Ptaah, and a host of many very special, very exotic guest participants from near and very, very far away.  There will continue to be cartoons of seating arrangements at various tables in various places, and a few more well-captured sketches of the series regulars by Julie that make everyone so much more accessible!  We wish she had time and facility to sketch them all, but she does often describe them and their appearance in some detail.

The Andromedan, Arcturian, and Lyra-Cygnian contributions are somewhat less evident in the story of Earth’s developing human (and animal!) genome, but various threads come out from time to time, such as the ancient Andromedan involvement most generally in Europe up to the current mystery of the Crop Circles with notable modern nearly full hybrid ET representatives like researcher Dr. Steven Greer; and the Arcturian involvement in ancient Atlantis and Egypt with modern notables such as Edgar Cayce and Dr. Carl Jung.  The Lyra-Cygnians are the least in evidence since visits from their region of space to our solar system mostly occurred millions of years ago (with notable modern exceptions like Swiss contactee Eduard Billy Meier), as they became the early ancestors of some of the other groups who later persisted with activities on our planet including hybrid progeny, particularly the Plejaran/ Pleiadians, who were/are actors behind the masks of the jealous Jshwsh Hebrew God(s), the Greek Gods and Goddesses, the Biblical Angels, the Indo-European Sky Gods in Vimanas, the Muslim Prophet, the Mormons and the cosmonauts of ancient Peru, the apocryphal Annunanki of ancient Mesopotamia and South Africa … and others, still more ancient, like combatants who were involved in destroying the Earth-like planet Maldek (current Asteroid Belt). 

Most of our contemporary guest symposiasts from some of these exotic places are indeed easily-recognized humanoid types as is said to be the case generally in the big galactic universe out there with its billions of star systems with mega-millions of Earth-like Goldy-Locks planets at various stages of development, suitable for creation of life-support scenarios as routinely engaged in by many of these genetic scientists, explorers and/or cosmic gardeners.  Of whatever size they may be—and quite a few ETs are in the seven-footer range but seem otherwise proportionally normal to Julie—there are also a few other more mysterious and somewhat less-humanoid, if still quite intelligent, types—apart from the familiar Sirian White Lions—who make appearances and offer explanations such as the tall white master of the gray androids from Zeta Reticuli, and a representative mantid being, from a different planet in the same system.  In addition there are full table settings of many other exotic guests from many different worlds who, presumably Hilarion and Athena and their cosmic friends, have persuaded to make an appearance to offer their take on us and our notable planetary dilemma at the forcing point of Ascension.  And finally, appearing here in TC session 69 is the group of eight Sirian Celestial Over souls, seated together at an unusual stone table as visibly-linked very bright lights, who make up the Terran Council of Truth and Light. They are said to be like a Cosmic Internet who may be telepathically contacted for guidance by anyone able to do so.

It’s all quite a long way from Roswell in ‘47 or the follow-on flying saucer flap of the 50’s with far more engaging realistic content than any bizarre gearhead scenario that ever got put into a possibly-entertaining Hollywood movie, and we have every reason to believe the reporting here from our experience is a far more well-defined but still almost completely unknown side of the ET enigma—hence our main reason for offering publication, again mostly for future generations.  It turns out these illustrious ETs are almost as puzzled about how to make their entrance into our post-modern world as we are about who they are and why they are here (as for the What do they want …? question, they are really not in need of anything we have).  Of course they believe they have to reach a certain threshold of involvement and pacification before they can pull back the curtain on their operations, for which they do seem to have an in-depth moral appreciation of the effect that Disclosure will have on ordinary clueless people as well as various other aspects (like the Secret Space Program!), from the most practical financial twists to the most exotic turns; they are trying to disrupt our ongoing Earthuman lives as little as possible while keeping the best of our forward momentum … and also keeping us from self-destructing—not an easy assignment in anyone’s book.  We love them for being the amazing ultra-humans they are, who also happen to be our revealed family and friends … and for their heroic efforts to preserve our Earth because it’s the last remaining habitable planet in our Sol System—the final remaining home for 50 billion souls that originated on three thriving planets … until we are mature and courageous enough to save ourselves and boldly go into deep space-time on our own (no need for a rocket-powered flying saucer like the USS Enterprise—c’mon Gene …).

I’m being told and having it explained, that the project with the Master Jesus, teacher Jmmanuel, was in fact a collaboration between the Pleiadians and the Sirians … which largely failed.  But that collaboration is still ongoing.  What came later with Islam and Mormonism, were Pleiadian ventures on their own.  The being who is … whom we think of in terms of the Spiritual Hierarchy of the planet [JJ] … came out of a Sirian dispensation, collaborating with the Pleiadians and their [associates], and it was also in part a genetic experiment as well as a spiritual experiment.  Boy, that’s really complicated ...  No wonder it’s so confusing!

It’s the day before the Winter Solstice, which finds Julie and Ted dressed for the season along with their group, beginning with two new elvish beings.  The initial discussion is about a house for sale in Pagosa that has been discovered as a possible place for J&T to consider for themselves, but which is then contrasted with the house Julie saw earlier in a vision.  Semjase is present with a new companion, Alanphin, which piques Ted’s interest.  They are presented with various options and given advice as well as having some amusing times together.

Julie- Ah, I’m in red velvet, and you’re in green velvet today.  They’ve cast the play in a very wintry Solstice sort of scene.  We’re down the stairs, and everybody’s ready to go—all the animals are there.  I believe we’re in the setting that we’ve been in before, at least a few times, the sort-of French provincial building … it’s in a different room … we walked through an archway into a room … it’s light outside and snowing … I don’t know what the terrain is like in this place, but in any event it looks very Christmassy there; it’s snowing and really beautiful (!). 

We walked into a room where the table is oval and three of the four walls are glass, and we can see outside—it’s a very, very beautiful magical scene, sort-of set for the Solstice season.  We’re walking into a different place in the room; it’s a rectangular room … normally we walk in at the back … and it’s around six p.m. today.  We’re walking … it’s a rectangular room … and the long side … we’re walking into a doorway, which would be at the left end of the long side. I don’t know if this makes any sense (?). but it feels like we’re walking in at 6 o’clock from a very different orientation than normal … I can draw if for you later. We’re walking in on the left hand side of a very rectangular room, but the table is oval. It’s probably … at least it seems four times longer than it is wide.  I can help you draw the table later—very different shape as I said—it’s oval, and there’s a beautiful sort-of Christmas arrangement in the middle of it …. fresh greens that are fragrant … candles and some red berries … it all looks very natural, like something that would have been done a long time ago—before electricity. 

You and I are sitting at approximately the 6 o’clock setting, except it’s rotated 90 degrees from how things are normally set up.  So, the time frame doesn’t make the same amount of sense … at this oval table in this rectangular room … where we are at the far left end … [softly]  I don’t know if that makes sense at all. At the top of the table are Hilarion and Athena—it’s like it’s rotated 90 degrees—although it feels like we’re sitting at 6; we’re at the 9 o’clock position … long-ways.

Ted- Let me just ask you a quick question …    So, the long axis of the oval table … is it parallel to the long axis of the room?  < It is.>  Ok, then that means that for ordinary purposes noon would be towards one end of the long axis of the room? 

Julie- That’s right, and that’s where Hilarion and Athena are … so, they would be at the right side of the long axis.    I know … I’m not sure why it’s being presented to me in such an alternative way today, but there it is. 

Ted- And we’re at the 6 o’clock position at the other end of the long axis of the table …  which is at the other end.  Is the table in the center of the room? 

Julie- It feels like it takes up almost the whole room, and as I said, three walls are clear glass. The wall that we entered from is a regular wall, but everything else is clear; we can see outside to this beautiful wintry scene.

Ted- The ‘normal’ wall is at 6 o’clock where we entered from … or is it the wall at 9 o’clock?

Julie- Three …  <3 o’clock?>  Umhm.    Um-hmm.  I can clarify it for you afterward.    Ok.  So, at 9 o’clock is a figure who’s never been here before … to my knowledge … and who, again, it’s like they’re setting the scene here for entertainment purposes … or something else … who looks very much like a Father Christmas figure, very much sort-of like the … dressed like the one that’s on my window sill above the desk … not in red but in sort-of gold robes but with a hat, that if it were erect, would look like a wizard’s hat if it weren’t falling down, but it doesn’t have a ball on the end of it. 

Ted- Do you have a name for this figure yet?

Julie- I’m trying to get it.  [pause]  Sephariel …  S-E-P-H-A-R-I-E-L.  I believe that people might have thought of him as an angel … I don’t really know, but … really great figure (!) … in this sort-of gold and cream-colored brocade with what looks like gold thread through it.  It’s very much like that figure on my window sill—might have been inspired by it, however my brain works.  He does have a long white beard, really sparkling blue eyes, sort-of like a Sagittarius embodiment … Jupiter embodiment.  He’s at 9.  And at 3 might be his female counterpart, her hair is also absolutely white, although neither of them look particularly old although his beard is white.  She also has very sparkling blue eyes, long white hair, but it doesn’t look as if it’s caused by age but rather genetics … ah, she’s dressed in white and green; hers is a deep forest green over a very creamy white, and she has big puffy sleeves and very ornate collar … very lovely … A-N-A-S-P-A-H … something like that … that’s how it sounds.  She nodded, as if to say, Close enough.1  [with feeling]  They’re a pair … and they’re opposite each other (!).

Hilarion … ah, they’re seated in their normal positions where he is at her [i.e., Athena’s] right arm, but from our perspective, to the left of her … at noon. Then at 1 is Michael, and at 2 is Ariel.  Each person has their own seat today.  Rhi and Phindar are here today, and they each have their own seat … at 4 and 5.    It’s like alternating genders, so Phindar is seated next to this Anaspah, and Rhi is actually seated next to me.  And then you’re next … [slightly surprised] Semjase is here today, next to you, at 7.  There’s a being, a male … Alanphin … there’s an interesting one … I think all the elves are here today … A-L-A-N-P-H-I-N …    at 8 o’clock I believe … [cautiously] he and Semjase are a couple.    They’re definitely together today.    Well, I’m … the names are all I’m saying … but no, he looks very much like a
