Perhaps both women were hesitant to meet because of the deep dark lascivious desires each carries inside themselves would frighten or shock most women.
Once the self-inflicted barriers are dropped the relationship ignites fires in both Nicole and Tegan, and the both of them bare themselves to the other and share all the primitive animal lusts that drives each of them.

Nicole could sense the girl near her. She was the one who influenced her feelings, the one who knew all her worries, and the one who made her realize that she liked this woman next to her. But what the girl didn’t quite understand was that in this reality she was not the only one who imposed things and whether she liked it or not, she had to understand that for things to work she had to go in lock step with another heart to create the most beautiful melody. They had been through this all their lives and they still didn't understand each other.

She’d say day and the girl’d say night.

Nicole said that it was impractical and the girl insisted on continuing without sometimes realizing that the girl was troubling her.

In the end, they injured each other because Nicole was her and she was Nicole. Nicole hurt her because she did not dare make the girl’s wishes come true and the girl hurt Nicole because she didn't accept Nicole’s lack of honesty.

Sometimes Nicole thought the girl had bad luck when she chose Nicole as her possessor, but then she thought that it was not their choice at all, it was a matter of providence or chance. One thing Nicole was sure of is that because of their history together, this woman beside them would never feel the same way.

For the same reason I am warning you to prepare yourself to listen and feel me cry because no matter how much I try to tell you not to fall in love again you decided to do it again, you decided that you would feel again what it is to have an unrequired love.

It was 7:11 pm in Lesley’s Booby Trap Bistro. And while Nicole drank the best Chardonnay in town she wished when she looked at the clock it was 7:11.

She knew
