On this Side of Heaven

On this side of heaven, there are things we come to understand as we listen to the whispers of the Holy Spirit. As I think about the ebbs and flow of this story, it points me directly to the following Bible verse:

Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.

— Jeremiah 1:5, ESV

The story contained gives a clear example of the above Bible verse coming to pass in two ways. Firstly, there were things put in place (before birth or in the womb) that provide a tapestry on which this story resides. Secondly, this story is based on true events; unwind, and you will discover how God views His people as special, or consecrated, and set apart. Enjoy!
