THE RED EMPRESS is the tale of an eccentric, and intimidating elderly couple known as the Delacroix, attend an art gala, featuring the lost artwork that depicts a shunned Chinese Empress. The two reminisce about their past; them being international art thieves that have closed off their desires to steal once again.

IDLE CHIT-CHAT is a sci-fi comedy that features a wiry old man with special abilities, and a grumpy time traveler who end up discussing what brought them upon that ship in the first place, and they both have the same answer. Gladys, their handler of sorts.

HAZY MEMORIES is an emotional story that deals with grieving, after a drug deal goes awry, young Frankie must come to terms with his fate, or as the apparition of his grandfather reveals himself, he has a decision that could change his future for the better, or for the worse.

Abigail R. J. Cary is currently studying at Full Sail University, working towards a BFA in Creative Writing, she seeks to become a Lead Game Writer at companies such as Bethesda Softworks, Blizzard Entertainment, and/or Obsidian. She has one published work to her name and has experience in Editing, and Freelancing. She tries to participate in competitions like NaNoWriMo every November, she also has experience in writing due to her time in the Ready Writing division of UIL, and with the skills she learned from the Young Writer’s Camp. She also dabbles in digital art, and the light in her bedroom can be seen turned on all hours of the night. She also has a taste for Pineapple and Canadian Bacon pizza. (A food her boyfriend vehemently despises with every fiber of his being.)
