The formation of the Kung Fu of Health and Zen goes back to my 48 years of experience and knowledge in the field of sports... and that I have clearly seen its effect on my health with calmness and continuity in the long run... the emphasis in this style is on exercise with a focus on the harmony of body and soul, and as a result: physical health with soft and athletic movements of this style, and mental health using Zen: the release of the mind... and meditation: Focus and think... the whole philosophy, flexibility, techniques, costume design, hall design, and precise order in the classroom are all designed in the direction of balance, and are suitable for all ages with any physical or mental ability...

Health and Zen Kung Fu inspired by Kung Fu Toa: Professor Ebrahim Mirzaei style, and the study of a variety of martial arts, and a variety of exercises for the health of the body has been invented; - Dariush Ghasemian Dastjerdi (born on February 8, 1961) at the age of 12 in the Army Family Sports Complex located at the end of Farahabad Street in Tehran (Piroozi Avenue), under the supervision of Master Suk-Chang Jung from South Korea and Master Awaz Khoshrozi, he started Taekwondo, and then under the supervision of the great masters of Kung Fu Toa: Grand Master Dadashi... and Master Jamshid Hashempour, trained in the gym No. 2 of the University of Tehran, in 1979..., and then in the field Swimming and aerobic exercises... - A total of 48 years - until the age of 60 and the time of the invention of Health and Zen Kung Fu has been engaged in exercise to maintain his health...
