    Conclusion

    Introduction

Leading with soul is characterized by a deep understanding of self and the willingness to be authentic.

Imagine leaders being so in touch with their inner worlds that their souls emerge to propel the people they work with and the organizations they work for into their highest potential. This is what happens when a leader is authentic.
