Yoh-Chang Yoon

Yoh-Chang Yoon has taught at Konkuk University in South Korea beginning in March 1980 for thirty-three years, and worked in Rwanda as a member of the advisory group of KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) beginning in December 2014 for three years. He also worked as a professor at the National University of Rwanda for three years, participating in consultations, research, and teaching.
