Once upon a time, I was single and broke, with half a million in debt, and suffering from depression.

Today, I am happily married to my beautiful wife. We have three amazing and healthy kids - Kaela, William and Ethan. I am now a multi-millionaire, having no personal debts (only banks loans used for real estate investment that are self- liquidating). I also bought a house for my family and own multiple income-generating properties. I am grateful, happy, and in great health. And the best part is that I am able to bless others with my wealth.

Now, was the transformation I experienced caused by magic? Or did I make it happen through the things I did, learned, and applied?

But before we continue, please allow me to share a bit about my story, on what really happened to my life before I reached where I am now. I believe that my story is a bit similar to your story.

My Life Story

I grew up in a typical Filipino household where parents ask their children to study hard, get a degree, and work abroad to support the family.

We were a struggling family before. I remember when I was young, my mom would bring her children (there were five of us) very early in the morning to go on a rugby football battle to ride a PUJ. If you’re wondering what a PUJ is, it’s a small public utility jeepney which is a means of transport in the Philippines. During rush hour, riding a jeepney felt like being squeezed inside a can of sardines, jampacked with passengers. It was crazy times! Did you experience a similar struggle too when you were growing up?

My father worked for a company outside our city. So my mother was really hands on in taking care of us. I had great memories of my childhood and I honor my parents for doing the best they possibly could at that time.

I went through what was expected of me. I got my degree in Tourism and Travel Management.
