J. Kevin Powell
J. Kevin Powell has been facilitating diversity and soft-skills training since 1993. Over the years, he's had the opportunity to work with various groups from 12 years old through retirement. He has also worked with religious, nonprofit, corporate, and government organizations. During this time, he has evolved his approach to create the concept of Open Windows Culture and build practical steps to achieve tangible outcomes. On his personal time, Kevin plays bass guitar in his band, occasionally does a little martial arts and spends time with his wonderful wife, Cassie and their two kids Kaylee and J. Davis.
