    Preface

This book is written for Christian believers, keeping in mind those who are not. It has been brought to life by influence of Jesus of Nazareth, who is alive; and it has been written for the devoted Bible students of this twenty-first century. People have read, studied, and researched this ancient text, way before both of its Testaments became a canon of books. Some have directed their content through historical venues, others theological and/or fables, but to those who have believed and received it as spiritual truth, they have found the real meaning of life. In this Bible research we are stepping back to look at this ancient literature, using, let us say a scientific approach in our common faith, to sort out its meaning. By this approach we will first observe, understanding that these literatures were written centuries ago, therefore, we will ask questions, make hypotheses, formulate a controlled experiment, and review its outcome, predictions with other peers. Afterward publish the findings as facts, until of course, like all scientific experiments someone proves it otherwise.

In this Bible study the author is incline, to observe that Jesus of Nazareth never wrote a word, but He educated and trained His disciples in a controlled and simple understanding on the how to interpret the Hebrew text. Christ Jesus, ‘Omnipotent Son of God’ spoke the words to the prophets who wrote them down in the Hebrew text and their predictions were to be fulfilled naturally by Him; living as a man. From this observation, the obvious questions by the author are given, to creating a hypothesis and demonstrating the outcome in this research, title: "The Apostle’s Methodology to Interpret Scripture," for this process was given to them. The difference in this scientific approach is that the author wants the lector to make a review of the findings as peers and draw their own conclusions, as we pray you will be enlightened by its results. The knowledge of theology is the fuel that ignites our worship, for the written word of God provoke us to believe.

The Apostles’ wrote with no speculation of the truth, and their tools and method are trace throughout their writings. This will be demonstrated for you to study and use their method to reach the knowledge in their drafted outcome. The work in this book brings forth the Apostles method to interpret the Hebrew text which was by guidance and instruction given by God Jesus but edited by God the Holy Spirit in the believers’ life and this is a supernatural statement. This understanding is display in their writings for the reader to detect. God Jesus in the two years plus of training His disciples, (including the last forty days, before physically leaving to heaven) instructed them as John wrote of Him saying: "I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you, this is a supernatural statement, (Jn.16:12-15NIV). If we do not take into account the works of God the Holy Spirit in Scripture, we are missing out of God’s intent for our living. Not only did God Jesus taught them in His two years plus ministry the method to interpret Scriptures, but once He resurrected, He assured them in forty days, with more instructions, about the prophetic things to come after He left, which are found in the Apostles’ writings. He told them, another person, a Helper, sent by Him was to come, (when he, the Spirit of truth") which is God the Holy Spirit. This though, was already prophesied by the prophets, (Joel 2:28) established by Moses, (Lev.23) for it was a promise from the Father, (Acts1:4). It was one of Jesus Christ’s priestly works in showing the disciples His new covenant. The Bible student must observe that Jesus of Nazareth was a man that "resurrected from the dead" and told them: "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Then how could anyone not believe and conduct their reality as theist, for He is still appearing to those He chooses even today? (Mat.28:18/Jn.15:16). God Jesus told them that the Spirit of truth would testify of Him and, tell them what is yet to come." In other words, prophetic predictions of end-time events, (the Apocalypse) which pertain to Christ Jesus as High Priest and we are living its first three chapters right now. These end days’ predictions, eschatology, were written by the Prophets and the Apostles from God the Holy Spirit, for us to understand the Trinity’s work in our redemption. Prophecies and Promises, drafted in reality’s reels by and for God’s purpose. We will call this pivoting point, the Apostles theology, which clauses unearths, prophesies fulfillment. The Bible student must grasp that the Apostles doctrine was to teach the born-again believers not to be complacent in their living. The believer wrestles against spiritual evil forces, which they called: "this present evil age." They also taught them to be prepared through the Sound Doctrine anointing, for the Grace Covenant has an expiration date, (Zac.11:10, AMPC/Rom.11:25-26). Therefore, we must live according to their teachings, the Apostles Traditions, (theology) to subsequently reach the next goal drafted in Scripture. The writer to the book of Hebrews instructed: "Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us," (Heb.12:1NIV). And Paul explains: "Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me," (Phil.3:12NIV). We are following a purpose, instructed and created by God Jesus. Paul writes of these instructions, which he lived personally: "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." The good works of the Gospel are tools preparing us for the kingdom of God; this has nothing to do with our good deeds, for it is a preparation by God, (Eph.2:10, NIV). This is why the author’s observation and questioning into a hypothesis must be researched by you, the Bible student, for God has meant for us to follow His works of the Gospel once He granted us to being born again.

The Apostles assured once out of the power of darkness, we would start our walk into the City of Light and its culture by God’s directions, (Eph.2:1-3). Their instructions prepare us into readiness, opening our eyes, for the Lord’s next holy event, which is His upcoming priestly work of the Trumpet Sound. God Jesus saves those who have responded by the faith produced in them by His words. There are others who look but cannot see the truth and this is why, Paul explains the condition of those who responded: "Just look at your own calling, believers; not many [of you were considered] wise according to human standards, not many powerful or influential, not many of high and noble birth. But God has selected [for His purpose] the foolish things of the world to shame the wise [revealing their ignorance], and God has selected [for His purpose] the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong [revealing their frailty]. God has selected [for His purpose] the insignificant (base) things of the world, and the things that are despised and treated with contempt, [even] the things that are nothing, so that He might reduce to nothing the things that are, so that no one may [be able to] boast in the presence of God, mostly people in distress by this evil age, (1Cor.1:26-29, AMP/Jms.2:5). The Lord also rejoiced by this principal of God the Father and said: Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do. Those who have responded believed theistically and humbly the spiritual aspect of scripture as the infallible word of Almighty God, but do not call them simpletons for they are vested with the power to live a pleasing life by God the Holy Spirit, their producer. They moved God Jesus after listening to His living word into touching them, then being born again, were sealed by God the Spirit to encounter God Jesus in His next event no questions asked, (Lk.10:21). The Second Adam, became a life-giving spirit," and is creating spirit people like Himself to bring them into Heaven, (1Cor.15:45/Rev.5:9). This next event of the end-days is an Almighty Event a celebration for the body and bride of Christ, which Paul calls: "the Snatching away." This event will ignite the Great Tribulation, the wrath of God prophesied in Scripture, which will finalize in the Second Coming of God Jesus into the land of Israel. All these foretold events are to be transpired next. Supernatural events from Scripture understood by those who grasp the spiritual purpose of Christ by the Apostles tradition, (theology).

The writer of the book to the Hebrews clearly taught, there is a celestial temple to which the born-again believer is attached and soon will be moving into; where God Jesus went to prepare them a place, (Jn.14:1-3/Rev.3:12). It is found in the holy mountain of God, mount Zion in heaven or "The mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon, and it is said to the believer: You have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel," (Heb.12:18-29, 10:19-23/Isa.14:13). The believer’s faith/hope is to stand from the time they we’re brought into life into preparing for this next permanent place; promise to them in Scripture. And so, for our control experiment we ask: What are these teachings and how did the Apostles come about to drawing them? Why should we follow with full sincerity their instructions? Are these instructions directly from the God that sealed our hearts and made us to become born again? Are we being judge for our good or evil or forgiven and placed in an amnesty status until Christ next event? And, does this new look at reality through the eyes of God, by His written word assures us as in a patented law promise, that these God’s covenants are true? These are questions that by understanding the Apostles methodology to interpret Scriptures will be answered. Not by the author but you the Bible student, following the Apostles path shown in this work. This pathway has been drawn for the twenty first Century believer to use and review as peers.

The authors hypothesis is drawn from his controlled experiment or five views’ extracted from the drafted literature, drawn out of the Apostles method to interpret the Hebrew text. After all, looking at reality through the eyes of God, according to His word is how Christ said: "built your house upon the rock, not on the sand." The house is your reality, the rock is the word of God, build it accordingly, (Mat.7:24-27). We are in the hope and pray the Bible student receive the knowledge and understanding of the writings the Apostles left behind through this experiment. God Jesus said: "You search and keep on searching and examining the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; and yet it is those [very Scriptures] that testify about Me." Understand this statement about eternal life, it is base in the believers’ accepting God Jesus priestly works for them, which veridical story produces the faith/hope in God the Father’s promises of redemption in Christ return. Jesus Christ is the eternal life who seats with the Father. Eternal life is not in the biblical Scriptures themselves, yet Scripture’s evoke its Spirit testifying and confirming whom He is in the kingdom of heaven. Scriptures is the open doors to the kingdom of God. By its revelation, the believer receives in their spirit/soul the realization of their inheritance and dresses those spiritual attires. White linen in their communion with God Jesus who is light as they walk into readiness to the weddings of the Lamb of God. This happens after being unshackled from this present evil age by His truth’s authority revealed to them in Scripture. God Jesus, the Anointed Son of God the Father is: the way, the truth, and the life, as in the resurrection; believe it hoping for the promise of His redemption in His return, (Jn.5:39, 11:25/1Jn.1:2).

Humbly, this study is just seeking to add upon the many researches of Biblical literature’s work, but a minuscule insight to the greater table of understanding. We dare to add by the fire placed in our heart by God the Holy Spirit and expose this realization to the twenty-first century believer. Therefore, this book will point to a path not a conclusion and to the tools offered in its research to those who carefully study its content and grasp the process the Apostles use to show us how to avoid the Apostles eschatology to come.

    Introduction

At one time in the biblical tale a question was asked by a certain man in power: What is truth? (Jn.18:38). There is no reason to speculate that today this question is carried with no answer in the back of peoples’ mind. Many today ask this very same question in doubt and there are even those that challenge the statement by declaring, ‘there is no truth’. When this challenge is pronounced in that certainty, it draws from the power of truth in contradiction, (an oxymoron). This happens because truth is a constant light in the human soul, a foundation from which we draw authority to live life. This ‘truth constantis what we are seeking to unfold through the research in this book and this, looking at what truth is to a Christian theist believer. We will not look at speculations but to the assertions found in the biblical text, for truth in Scripture is a living being and flows in the Spirit of God, while truth’s authority becomes the power of salvation to those who embrace its radiance, (Jn. 6:63, 14:6, NKJV). Truth is the basis from where all reality sprouts and beware for once it touches your spirit/soul, you will never be the same, (1Jn.1:5/Heb. 4:12-13).

Scripture establishes of truth’s reality, that "In him (God’s Being, Jn.1:1-3/Heb.1:1-3), all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, […] all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together." Meaning that God is the foundation, the truth and the basis to all reality and He is a Personal God. Scriptures also states that: "He is not far from any one of us. ‘For in him, [God] we live and move and have our being," (Col.1:15-17/Acts17:24-28NIV). When comparing these Pauline’s view to the Johannine similar perceptive: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. […and] Without him nothing was made that has been made, […and] In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men," it makes the Bible student realize a reality like no other, where the matrix of all thing is established by the will and power of the Word/God. Scriptures speaks about Him in these terms as the apostle Peter also confirms saying: "By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved," and that word became flesh and walked among us and was known as Jesus of Nazareth, (Jn.1:1-3, 14/2Pet.3:7NIV). The written word confesses God’s truth to all its readers. This makes us enter and comeback to a lost knowledge when ‘the Life was the Light of menthis is a state of being by which reality seeing through the eyes of God, established in His written word, restores the light to our life’s meaning. Objective reality is observed, established by our Omni-God, who said: "No, there is no other Rock; I know not one," (Isa.44:8).

In Him all things hold Together

In order for the reader to grasp the full truth this book wants to unfold from Scripture, you must embrace with no speculation (theistically) that your life consciousness and/or reality is intersected and overlap by God’s Conscious Reality and He is the one conceding the very moment in time and existence we are all experiencing right here and now, (2Cor. 4:3-7). It is written, God Jesus is the ‘beginning and the end,’ He is Omniscient, knowing all things. He has brought this knowledge to us. Then let us settle that the written word is Omniscient knowledge, God’s reality which we are made to understand, (Christ words are spirit and life [Jn.6:63] Rev.21:6 / Isa.55:8-11). This is where the born-again believer experiences God’s special revelation in turn of those who live a natural existence on God’s general revelation; not wanting to accept His existence in their reality spectrum. In theological terms these are call: "God’s general grace and God’s saving grace." We should all be condemned into a burning lake of fire because of our sin in death. Our human nature is corrupt and deprave in contrast to God’s Holy Nature, (Rom.1:19-20/Jn.3:19-21/Psalm139). Scriptures states that: "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God," when you add His attributes to this verse and reason that He search from beginning to end and found not one righteous, nor one searching for Him, we are all in deep trouble but by His Grace in Mercy, He is redeeming us, (Rom.3:23/Ps.14). The Word of God became flesh for this purpose, for grace and mercy was needed, for the creature called man was trapped in a death time-zone by a virus called sin and Christ came to free them purchasing them by His own blood from eternal wrath.

Let us take this Scriptural truth (reality) a bit further and come to a deeper realization on the topic to this book’s theme: "The Apostles Methodology to Interpret Scriptures." The God of Scripture, speaking about His personal attribute of unchangeableness, says: "For I am the Lord, I do not change," (Mal.3:6NKJV). He also told Moses, "I AM THAT I AM," (Ex.3:14). And the Psalmist (human) testified: "My days are like a shadow that lengthens, and I wither away like grass. But You, O Lord, shall endure forever," (Ps.102:11-12NKJV). James also wrote: "The Creator of the sun, moon, and stars, does not change like their shifting shadows," (1:17NCI). And in the Hebrews letter, (13:8NIV) it is written of the Word of God, who became flesh: "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever," whom in turn said to be God’s truth and proved it by His resurrection after stating: "I and the Father are One," (Jn.10:30/14:6NIV). They have extended their attribute of ‘unchangeablenessto their written Covenantal word by saying: "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words by no means will pass away," she is a living spirit and testimony of God the Father, (Mk.13:31/Isa.55:11). This Biblical truth in context is not an abstract myth or philosophy apart from reality for she explains of herself as coming and being part of God’s persona. Therefore, from Genesis throughout, by its fulfilled prophecies stated in the New Testament, the written word of God has proven to be Omniscient knowledge manifested and prime truth of our living reality. The word of God is not just Israel’s history book or the world’s record of past to future events but its account states that "In the beginning God," which statement is the purpose of the whole Bible, (Gen.1:1) giving the assurance of His Presence as an Omniscient, Omnipotent, and Omnipresent Being, with no time, limitations, Almighty, and His Word is the outcome proving that He is the Truth of the Universe. A truth in which we must chose to establish our consciousness or perish in the darkness thereof. We are the effect to a cause of a living God. It is by His Nature and Attributes, that our nature has sprout and is being maintained. He made us to His image and likeness. He is the reason all things are the way they are until He straightens its cause and effects from death. It is written: "My words will never pass away," and, "In Him all things hold together," then He is the ‘truth constantwe are living in. There is no mother nature! He is the source of life’s reality, giving us the authority exerted out of His Spirit truth, the power behind it all to move in His will as this book will demonstrate to our being awaken. Like a light bulb, He has lite us up to live in His presence for God is light and He placed eternity in our heart for us to understand Him, (1Jn.1:5/Eccl.3:11). Theology is the fuel that ignites our worship as it provokes us to believe.

A Treasure in Jars of Clay

The biblical tale is beyond natural, for it is one of Supernatural results. Once a person experiences God’s forgiveness from the guilt of sin inherited and done, their spirit/soul is transformed by the gift of Salvation becoming a son of God as they are awakened by the light of truth into His living reality, (Rom.5:12-21). It is said of this living experience: "A veil covers their hearts. But whenever anyone turns to Christ, the veil is taken away. […] And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit," we have been lite-up, (2Cor.3:15-18NIV). This is what Scripture calls been born again and is a miraculous gift in a person’s life, transforming them. As it is written: "For God, who said, Let light shine out of darkness, made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us," we still live in a fallen nature, (2Cor.4:6-7). In the gospel of John (3:7NIV) God Jesus is quoted saying: "You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’ […and John1:12(NKJV), by God’s breath] But as many as received him, to them he gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." About this statement in a short research only Adam and Christ, (human representative) are called sons of God in Scripture, (Lk.3:38) meaning that every other human is not a son of God, but lineage of Adam from Seth for if they all were, then this verse in John 1:12 has no significance whatsoever. But instead it is stated that only a person who believes and receives His truth (Jesus of Nazareth) is made to be a son of God. This happens by their new approach to God’s reality in Grace, the Good News and God’s dealing as they are touch by God whom is light, making them to be born-again. Can you feel the power of His authority exerting from this truth?

In Acts 2:33 and 38, (NKJV) the beginning of this Good News is written saying: "Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear." […and verse 38 explains how to receive this promise/gift into a born-again reality of the Good News] "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." It is in this process that a person is born again. The word ‘repentin the Hebrew language means to ‘turnand that, from your worldview or reality to His word’s reality in Scripture. The light of truth received through faith as we turn to Christ priestly works brings the joy of salvation, as He seals mark the heart by God the Holy Spirit as a guarantee that confirms this new birth. God looks in a person’s heart for faith as Scripture explains, to reveal His Being to the believer, (Heb.11:6/Acts17:28). In Ephesians 1:13-14, (NIV) this operation is recorded becoming a patented written proof affirmed by God’s authority: "When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption," your sin and guilts are watched off clean, perceptible. The believer follows a pattern in life from Scripture and as they turn and convert, they are touch by God’s truth, grace, and pardon, who resurrects them from darkness; all who turn to accept His truth. But we possess this truth in jars of clay until the next covenant is reveal in us at the trumpet sound.

These are the narrative of the New Covenant of Grace extracted by the Apostles through their method to interpret Scriptures and this book will show how it is done. It will display the purpose acquired by the authority of truth which the born-again believer experiences, as he/she are caught up from their worldviews to see reality through the eyes of God by His written word, lively. The above verses were used for all born again believers to understand what has happen within their spirit/soul by the method the Apostles were shown to explain God’s truth. As we study the Apostles letters in a down to earth concise research, (not on a mystical strange approach) we are enlighten on the truth God is meaning to impress within, for Scripture is a living spirit, God’s own life that shines by His Authority of Truth confirming the unchangeableness of God’s reality from the beginning to its predicted end, in the believers’ natural life, (Jn.6:63).

    Scripture has a Systematic Structure

The apostolic letters were written for the first century believers, they enclose prior teachings. The Apostles taught them instructions which are also for those who were to believe afterward following the Apostles traditions. This is why there is no other way to studying what the Apostles taught but through their own method of interpreting the Hebrew text which they adapted from God Jesus. We come to terms with Scriptures as the Apostles drafted them, acquiring God’s authority of truth and moving forward by God’s prophecies and promises. Our future is ordained. The Apostles were instructed in their two years plus of training, (as Paul in some twenty years by revelation, as he testifies, [Gal.1:11-24, 2:1/Acts11:25-26]) to teach us about the kingdom of God, the truth of God Jesus which is the reason of our salvation. As the Apostles method is studied, notice how they wrote with conviction and authority of truth and their interpretation was followed by God’s supernatural signs, which is still happening until the end of days; these days, (Heb.2:4). Their writings were accepted with no skepticisms by their recipients even though there were other worldviews and beliefs of Scripture those days. This book has been structure to bring out their theist certitude as a tool in the process to interpret Scripture and extract the authority of truth from God’s words as shown in the verses above. This is what God Jesus wants for His chosen, so that ‘The man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good workof the Gospel and this by His truth’s authority which is the prime tool to being thoroughly equipped, (2Tim.3:17).

In this book the Bible student will be given ‘five views’ extracted from the interpretive process the Apostles left behind, through their instructions. They have been structured in order to exhume truth’s authority and obtain from their writings the reality of God, which views were meant for the believers as tools. These five views pop-out from their interpretation as a trademark and we have named them to identify the format styled they’d used to understand the explanation on the writings they drafted. Like a river that flows as: current, stream, waterfall, and all from the same water source but as products within different aspects, God’s Salvation produces: Justification, Sanctification, and Righteousness, streaming within as a river of living waters that flows to eternal life, and so, the Apostles’ writings contain views, aspects, and purpose to grasp their source, (Jn.7:28-29). By the Apostles method to interpret, the believer will be able to apply with true conviction the Sound Doctrine given to them in writings, for they were prearranged to live-by them as they understand the predictions left behind for these end days. The only source use in this book to explain Scripture will be the different ‘Bible Versions’ and this to prove that the Bible explains itself by its own content without external help. But the author will also use comments from his previous works and his first book to explain the meaning expose from his heart and have the reader understand his theological discernment. His first book was about John Apostle’s book of Revelation, which he titled: "Terminal Damage." Also, after each chapter, there are questions to be answer seeking to see if an understanding of each chapter is reached by the lector. We are also using ‘repetitionthroughout this book as a wonderful device to teach, triggering memory. At end, this book is just pointing to a path not a conclusion, for the reader must come to his and her own conclusion on the insight they are being brought to understand.

Our prayer is that the Bible student may be enlighten and brought to a truthful realization in their surge of truth by this book. It is what the Bible is meant to do in the life of the believer. To bring him and her to the knowledge of Jesus Christ who called Himself ‘the truthand acquire His truth’s authority to accomplish the purpose He has established for each member of His Church, which He calls: His friend, His body and wife to be, (Col.1:18, 2:9-11/Eph.4:14-16/Rev.19:7-9). In John 15:14-16, (NCV) God Jesus hope that each member reaches this potential by saying: "You are my friends if you do what I command you. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know what his master is doing.
