Bruce Charles Kirrage was born in Singapore in 1953. After travelling the world in 1960, he settled permanently in the UK in 1966 and joined the medical profession in 1973, he then retired in 2010. Mr. Kirrage has been writing poems, prose, and children's stories since 1977. These other writings were also endorsed by a medical consultant. Mr. Kirrage believes in Christian principles; that God was/is the single entity open to the question of courage, the compassion of human or animal nature, an understanding of happiness, and an interpretation of worldly events.
