Paramjit S. Bharj, author of the Strange Wyrld series, has been writing short stories and poetry ever since he was a school-boy. His favourite genres include fantasy, horror, and science-fiction. Paramjit loves reading books on esoteric and spiritual subjects and likes to weave bits of wisdom he's picked up into his stories. Writing is Paramjit's passion and he loves to spend as much time as he can crafting new worlds and adventures for his extended-family of characters. However, like everyone else, he's got bills to pay and has to work for a living. Paramjit attained his BSc(Hons) in Computer Science in 1999 and spent a couple of years as a web-developer, before developing his career as a professional Technical Author in Mayfair, London. Following that, he spent a few more years as a Technical Author and Marketing Executive in West Sussex, before being appointed the Managing Director of a Healthcare Provider.

AND THEN it was all over.
A million lives lost in the space of two minutes, obliterated possibilities flushed away forever. He dropped the magazine on the floor and forgot to wash his hands after wiping. The tall thin man of advancing years left the ‘shit-house’ and made his way carefully onto the stage.
We shall overcome!
shouted Jeremiah Tanner to the wild cheers of his intoxicated supporters,We shall overcome!
Ours is a righteous war to end the reign of these terrible, terrible people,
he continued as he wiped his nose on his sleeve.
Jeremiah was the son of Martha Tanner, infamous for handing over management of her entire plantation to a former slave family. To make matters worse, she had publicly chastised and disowned her only son for sleeping with their women and risking the pollution of her bloodline. No one had seen Martha since her grand speech. Rumour had it that she’d received a telegram, made some last-minute arrangements, then left the state for London, England.
They’re not even people,
continued Jeremiah, They’re dawgs, and what do we do with dawgs who don’t listen?
The crowd shouted back many answers, but Jeremiah ignored them all, and hollered, We shoot them niggers and hang em! Send a message out to the rest of em!
A short, fat, smug little man named Otis asked, "Er… Jeremiah… do we have to kill them women?
