Vlad Bakhov disappeared on April 6, 2019, The case was taken under personal control by top officials: Anatoly Ukhanov (head of the Smolensk Investigative Committee), Alexander Bastrykin (chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexei Ostrovsky (governor of Smolensk region).
The main strangeness of this case is that there are people in it who were with Vlad Bakhov at the picnic, from where Vlad has not returned and his fate is unknown. But to them the investigation has no questions. They told their story, they said that Vlad went away and got lost, and they didn't explain in any way why they thought he had got lost. When a person is lost in the woods, nobody knows about it. Unless he calls from the woods himself and says he's lost. But Vlad Bakhov's phone was left with the guys who invited him. And in addition to the phone there was also his outerwear. But the investigating authorities believed the guys...
