    THE SWEET TASTE OF BITTER REALIZATION contains four stories about lying, loneliness, and letting go.

    “The Sweet Taste of Bitter Realization" explores the raw emotions felt by someone after an ended relationship. They struggle to let go of the past and slip into a bout of depression. As they confront their feelings, hoping for closure, they drown in apathetic and dangerous thoughts.

    "Time Will Tell” follows Miss Adley, who is accused of two murders. A detective, Mr. Bowan, shows her three pictures of evidence that make her the prime suspect. However, these pictures are dated decades apart: one from 1980, one from her birth year 2000, and one from the current year 2050.

    "Weeping Willow" shows readers a child comforting her teddy bear in beautiful ways amid the ugly yelling all around her. While trying to console her teddy bear, otherwise known as Benny Bear, she is actually attempting to distract herself from her parents fighting by turning her room into a magical land. But her imagination can only last for so long.

    "Alone" tells a story of a schizophrenic man fighting the voices in his head telling him he's worthless and a parasite. In his isolation, he struggles with two very different thoughts that cause his once pristine room to be tainted with blood.
