Introduction
Pandemics and epidemics has managed to highlight two parallel crises: a health crisis and an economic crisis. Please note that I am not saying that the pandemics/epidemics caused these crises. Health is already in crisis, even the economy. The pandemics/epidemics revealed only the stuff that already existed. As we say, you never know who swims naked until the tide goes out.
Let us now begin with the health crisis. Modern medicine has absorbed cardiovascular disease and diabetes under the so-called metabolic syndrome, which is, in summary, caused by the excessive consumption of junk food. Yes, that is true! The metabolic syndrome (i.e. high blood pressure, hypoglycemia, hyperinsulinemia, excess abdominal fat, high triglycerides, and low good
cholesterol levels) is mainly caused by junk food and can only be reversed by lifestyle changes (no medication required in 99% of cases). It is therefore essential to apply the rule that one must consume less when it comes to improving health and preventing not only disease but also death (especially death due to pandemics/epidemics). If you avoid junk food, you will be able to reverse the metabolic syndrome, thus improving your cardiovascular markers and sugar metabolism (among many other health indicators such as mental clarity, blood sugar levels, energy, sleep, mood, etc.) Secondly, you will naturally consume less food in general. It works like this: Junk food is supposed to make you addicted and demand more (of everything). So if you don't eat junk food, you can regulate your appetite, revive your addictive habits, increase the feeling of satiety, and eat less thus reducing calories in general (incidentally, reducing calorie intake is an important factor in longevity). Finally, you save money by reducing your food bill (not to mention saving on toilet paper!), which brings me to the next point: the economic crisis.
Take a patient look at the world economy in these times of pandemics/epidemics and you will see that the whole of humanity must undergo a complete transformation. But yes, there are two options: You can face it with confidence or you can face it with fear. After a few weeks, you will have no choice but to choose. In this ebook you will learn how to fulfill your duty as a human being.
Pandemics and epidemics has shown mankind that it does not care about a caste, creed, or religion. To stay alive, you must follow a set of rules proposed by the government and medical authorities.
You must never forget that the worst fight in this situation is not in the body, but in the human mind. Middle-aged men and women, working people, and schoolchildren may have adapted to a certain lifestyle on weekdays and weekends. Being together now can stimulate the mood and worsen the situation in some homes. It is up to you and the elders of the family to make the family environment more pleasant. If this happens in every household, it will take a while for all of humanity to be able to resist not only any modern day virus but also other pathogens in the future.
Making a prediction is really difficult, especially for the future, but I'll speculate: The future we live in as individuals,
