Introduction

Apart from studying , dating remains one of the major concerns of students in college. This can sometimes become a huge struggle for many especially, those who don’t know how to go about it.

Going through the stress that is associated with the studies in college without a girlfriend to cool things off with, can make life in school boring and unexciting. Variety is the spice of life.

When I was in college, I didn’t have a girlfriend.

Even though I was always quick to nail it on my being a devoted Christian whenever I was asked my reason for not having a girlfriend, deep down in my heart I wished to have one.

I didn’t have a girlfriend on campus because I had no clue on how to go about it and not because I was trying to avoid fornication as a devoted Christian.

There are no better places you can find the most gorgeous of girls than in the college.

And as a result of this, I went through the painful but unnecessary self-inflicted punishment of constantly, coming in contact with super pretty angels daily without having the courage to approach any of them.

I was like a thirsty man in a pool of clean water, yet unable to drink. What a shame it was.

Things went on like this with me for years until I broke out of my misery, thanks to Ivan, my final year roommate, who came to my rescue.

Ivan opened my eyes to the reality that ladies are just as human as I am and as such, I should have no fear in approaching any lady of my choice to ask for a relationship. This changed my perception about dating ladies forever.
