Introduction

This is my tenth publication. My works, inherent to the astrology and tarot sector, stand out for their practical teachings through the use of simple language, accessible to many.

When I talk to people who are learned and familiar with the topic, I understand their demands when they want to approach this art. I have written this book to address those people who want to learn the horary, a branch of astrology closely related to card reading in that it responds to specific questions that need a reading of the smaller details and for which, the study of the planets transit or the sun revolutions, can only answer partially.

There are only a few books on horary astrology published in Italian, and those published frequently contain concepts by known authors like: Frawley, Lilly, Bonatti, etc. I also have in my personal library, books of more than three hundred pages, but a large number of pages is not an indication of a good book.

Actually, some authors include, correctly, varied notions of previous authors and add their personal opinions creating, nevertheless, doubts in the reader since the interpretation approach following different methods is sometimes too articulated to choose the significator of a person or an object or to calculate the times of the event, etc.

I will try, then, to give precise indications on the reading method based on my experience. This book can be read by those who have the bases of astrology. I have not written a three-hundred-page book because my intention to filter pretends to provide strength and originality for the reader.

I have explained only what I consider essential to the ends of a prediction using horary astrology. I have surely missed some notions but that could be mended in editions to come. I have willingly taken advantage of the opportunity to add or specify notions I have omitted in the book.

It is obvious that my goal is to give the reader an optimal introduction to the horary astrology by explaining all the essential concepts to operate. This book does not set a goal for the reader but a point to set out.

In order for someone to excel in horary astrology, the reader will have to buy other books to complement and practice the notions I have not included in this book.

I highlight the fact that I have willingly not included some notions in order to maintain the primary goal of this book: giving the reader the fundamental instruments that are essential to be introduced into the horary astrology and to be able to practice it! You have read it correctly. After reading this book, you will be ready to try to make your first astrological predictions with the horary astrology.

You need to remember that you have to be an astrologer, not a magician. Horary Astrology answers all kinds of questions, but I haven’t said that we also have to answer unethical or questions impossible to answer. Theoretically, you may do research on any topic, but remember, luckily, in Astrology, nobody has created unerring rules to calculate the year of one’s death!

Therefore, develop your own readings slowly, do not feel compel to give exact answers when there is nothing exact in this sector starting with previous authors that have written about horary astrology. If you try to read these authors, you will find that there were ideas amongst them that were not in agreement, different reading approaches. You have to understand that the Truth does not belong to anybody.
