- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Praise God!. This book has spoken directly to me. Thank you Jassy and may God reward you.
I am complete. Amen - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am completely humbled by this book. It was very insightful, i can now pack the myths i grew up hearing and believing. It made me pause many times to think about my own actions in the past (things i said joking without knowing how they were affecting the other person), it made me question what i would do if i was in the same position. This was deep. i recommend it for anyone who is believing and waiting on the lord.. not just for a baby, for anything! i cant wait for the sequel, "That day is now" or "The any day now is today".. :-)

ENDORSEMENTS
She was raised to believe that everything in life has its time and place. She cherished the ‘proper order of things’, and she could tick all the boxes a young woman of faith could wish for. Except one.
In her debut book, Any Day Now, Jassy Kabanihiza takes us on a deeply personal and poignant journey that details her longing for a child. It is a path populated by saints and sceptics; with friends and family offering conflicting and often confounding advice. She cries and frets when the pressure gets to her; she ducks and dives when she just can’t face another baby shower. Her husband is her rock as she describes the wait,
a constant, unrelenting refusal to give in to despair and fear. Tears and torment are replaced by tenacity as she finds a community of women whose faith has been grounded upon an unreasoning hope. They, too, candidly share their moving stories in the pages of this book.
Jassy pointedly reminds us that God is the time-keeper of every event in our lives, and that He chooses whether or not to bestow His gift of children upon us. Only He decides, not new technologies or high-priced doctors, and the sooner we rest in that divine knowledge, the better for us.
This is a book which will restore the faith of mothers-in-waiting. It is also a must-read for anyone who sometimes wonders what God is really up to. It will take you to some sad places, but it will also remind you that great joy can be had by those who refuse to give up. He who watches over everything is never far from you. You just have to take Him at His Word.

Whether problems and hindrances are identified or not, when medical assistance has failed to yield results for conception, the promise of God concerning fruitfulness stands. For those who are still waiting for the fulfilment, it is because a unique child-like Samuel would require a unique conception.
The word of God and His promises give us that reassurance. There is hope.
Genesis 1:28 KJV: "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Ps.127:3-5, Isa. 8:18, Deut. 7:12-15 continue to emphasize the same. I pray that this book brings hope and healing to many.

Any Day Now is also a call to action. Rather than be the problem, let us become the solution in a way that builds joy rather than tension, peace rather than strife. Let’s remember children are a gift from God and if you desire that for your loved ones, then direct your ask to Him who said the fruit of the womb is His reward.
To the men reading this book; be the shield that your wife will feel secure behind. I salute the men who by extension have had your stories shared in this book. Thank you for the encouragement and continuing to stand by that girl. You have set a great example for those that will one day read and share the positive outcomes in spite of the painful experiences Jassy shares in Any Day Now.

In her debut book, Jassy pens down her journey waiting on her gift – a child. She shares her experience and that of other ladies and the impact it had on them and the role society played on the wait. This book will leave you with a bag of emotions. You’ll celebrate, give thanks, repent, and intercede as you go through the pages of this wonderfully written book.
Any Day Now! A book of hope and hope doesn’t disappoint. God makes everything beautiful in its own time.
