Cosmic Talk Show: Channeled Messages From Angels & Spirit

Raymond A. Zachary is a retired Software Manager who began his career as a recently graduated mathematician at Boeing in 1958, and finished with 22 years at Lockheed's Western Development Labs in 2000 with intermediate tours at Texas Instruments and Sylvania. He was an adjunct math professor at Sacramento City College in the early years following his retirement.

Cheryl E. Booth is an author, screenwriter, and has worked as a psychic medium for over 35 years. She is also a hypnotherapist, past life regression therapist, grief counselor and life coach.

When these two met in 2013 by phone, the initial purpose was for Ray to receive a reading from Cheryl. His wife and soulmate of 22 years (Sharon) had recently passed away. Shortly thereafter, Cheryl did a reading for a client named Erin, who unbeknownst to Cheryl at the time, had purchased Ray and Sharon's former home in Elk Grove, California. During that reading, Sharon came through very clearly from Spirit, giving Erin messages that made sense, but confused her. You see, Erin had never met Sharon. She bought the house from Ray after Sharon had moved on to Heaven. So at first, she had no clue who Sharon was, other than she identified that was her name VERY clearly.

As the reading went on, Sharon began giving particular references to improvements and updates that Erin had made to the house. At that point Erin suddenly stopped the reading saying, "Oh, wow! Sharon is the wife of the man I bought my house from! I never met her, but now it makes perfect sense why she knows so much about my house. It was hers, first!"

Erin kindly went on to get in touch with Ray and let him know that Sharon had proven herself to be a powerful, clear communicator from the other side. During a second reading for Erin a few months later, Sharon came through again. This time when Erin contacted Ray, he decided to book his own appointment. And things evolved from there!

With Ray's scientific left-brain logical background, somewhere around the third year into his and Cheryl's connection, he asked if it would be all right to pose some questions to the Angels and any other Heavenly Sources that might want to answer them. Things of a more quantum and universal nature. Cheryl was happy to be the conduit for that, but soon realized that the answers were flowing more rapidly and easily than she could possibly answer on her own. They soon got the download from the angels that the message they were being given were not just for them personally, but to be converted into a book and shared with the world.

Cheryl and Ray consider themselves messengers and present this material to seekers of unconventional answers about things of a spiritual nature, as well as topics including mediumship, Angels, aliens, ancient history and future possibilities for the Earth plane and the Universe.

The 1965 movie entitled The Loved One about the funeral business was billed as a movie with Something in it to Offend Everyone. This book, in the minds of some readers, may enjoy some parallels to that movie. Why? Because questions asked of Heavenly sources that should be considered well vetted, without regard to what the answers might be, result in answers that may disturb some strongly held beliefs in both science and religion.

We hope that the resulting discomfort will stimulate further investigation, discussion, and an openminded exploration to deal with truth as best as it can be determined. This book is not the final word. But it is a window that many have been trying to open in different ways for a long time.

Why This Book, Why Now?

Introduction

This book is the result of the accumulation of about six years of conversations on a wide variety of scientific and religious topics that took place between the authors and several entities who are either no longer or never were mortal.

What they have to say is of profound impact on mankind’s understanding of the past and present, and gives insight into the outlook for significant trends and events of the not very distant future. We’re talking about upcoming potential predictions that may well occur before we know it. That gives you an idea regarding the Why now? question.

We (Ray and Cheryl) began writing this book long prior to COVID-19, the quarantine and other results of that disease had begun impacting our world. Our Angelic guidance has indicated to us that now is an excellent time to release the book, since people have become more introspective and open to seeking answers to questions on a larger scale than ever before.

We got the message loud and clear that these messages are meant to be shared with the many rather than the few. Hence the book you now hold in your hands or are reading on a computer or tablet screen.

Although you would typically find author biographical information at the end of a book, we have chosen to share it immediately following this brief introduction, to give you have a sense of who we are and what led us to putting this book into print.

The intent of the book is to give mankind enough of a heads-up on what has been erroneous or misinterpreted about the past in order to prepare better for what may be otherwise overwhelming surprises of the future.

Meet the Authors

Raymond A. Zachary

My name is Raymond Zachary, and unless we crossed paths in the electronics, aerospace or defense industries between 1958 and 2000, there is scant reason for you to have ever heard of me. I finished my BA in Zoology at the University of Texas in Austin in 1956, and my MA in Mathematics in 1958. My first job was at Boeing in Renton, Washington and it began a career as a computer programmer analyst.

I resonated with the work and became reasonably useful to my engineering counterparts. Later I became a team leader at Texas Instruments and ended up needing to complete additional work in Electrical Engineering and other mathematics courses at Southern Methodist University in Dallas so I could work better with my team. That completed my formal education.

I was introduced to the works of Ayn Rand in the 1960s, so I read almost everything she wrote. In the ‘70s I heard about The 12th Planet and proceeded to read everything Zechariah Sitchin wrote.

So why was this important?

From Rand I learned the difference between rational thinking and irrational thinking, the philosophical grounding behind each of them, and the corresponding impact of each on the world we live in.

From Sitchin I learned why the evolutionists and the creationist were never going to reach rapprochement since neither was prepared to deal with third-party intervention by aliens.

I concluded that if there were aliens involved in engineering mankind, what about other aliens as reported by people all over the world for centuries? And why was the U.S. government so adamant that alien sightings were less than authentic?

When President Eisenhower was presented with evidence of alien bodies, he is reported to have said that if the military could not explain whom they were, where they were from and why they were here, then it never happened. This was in the 1950s, and revealing such astounding evidence of alien visitors would not have set well with religious folks and skeptics (it was thought), so the President’s reaction was probably reasonable.

Subsequently, a long list of books on pre-historic evidence that there was a lot going on before the official beginning of orthodox history continued to attract my interest.

One thing that continuously plagued my thinking was the role of the Scientific Method versus how we deal with Phenomenological Evidence. The Scientific Method requires that to prove any hypothesis or theory, observable physical evidence must be demonstrated under controlled conditions in more than one place with different researchers. This pretty much has to prevail to prevent error, contamination, and fraud.

However, if many people witness spaceships in various environments that phenomenon cannot submit to the Scientific Method since we cannot control or repeat the event nor can we vet the witnesses. So from a scientific point of view, it did not happen. One could argue that this denial helps preserve the integrity of science. I would submit it also may retard or distort the pushing of the frontiers of exploration.

This is not to castigate reasonable doubt about a lot of phenomenological evidence. Certainly in a court of law you generally do not convict a person based on witnesses alone. You need a weapon, a motive, a victim, etc. This is a legal recognition of possible flaws in observed phenomena.

Meanwhile, life progressed and I met the girl that was to become my soulmate. We proceeded through the next 22 years with her practicing her artistic creativity, and with me helping out. I was her mechanical and computer support. I kept reading everything I could find and continued to do that until one day she was diagnosed with adrenal carcinoma. After a valiant battle, she passed away. I was left devastated and empty.

I sold our house in California to a lady that was familiar with readings through a medium; in particular, the co-author of this book, Cheryl E. Booth. In a session with Cheryl, Erin (the lady that bought my house) later told me that Sharon, my deceased wife, spoke through Cheryl, telling Erin she was glad that she now had the house, and appreciated what she was doing with it.

Erin and I were still communicating, because when I moved to Texas to be closer to my kids and grandkids, I left her with a house with over a dozen areas of maintenance that required my occasional support.

So when Erin reported the event to me, I was surprised. I asked a lot of questions, and was given a list of books to read to get up to date on readings. Sometime later, Erin was talking to a neighbor across the street, and told her she was planning to plant a lot of bulbs in the front yard.

During a subsequent reading, Sharon told Erin through Cheryl that she was pleased with what Erin was doing in the front yard. Erin reported this to me. This was too much to ignore. It was clear to me that there was no way either Cheryl or Erin could have dreamed this up since neither was involved in my life until sometime after Sharon’s death. Not only that, they had no prior knowledge of who Sharon was.

I scheduled my first reading with Cheryl, thus beginning an exciting adventure. We work together over the phone exclusively, at the time of this writing. Cheryl records the sessions, has transcribed many of them and put them into book-friendly format. She has authored and contributed to a number of other books, which you can check out in her biography. This book tells what the two of us have learned in the process of our interdimensional communication.

Sharon took the lead in introducing me to her activities in the spirit world. Sharon, Cheryl and I have explored religion, physics, aliens, and the extent, organization, management, and operational concepts of Heaven. I have questions. When I ask a tough one, often an Archangel will take the mic, so to speak, and elaborate at length.

We have discussed aliens and their roles from times in the distant past to the present. We have discussed day-to-day life, training and education, personal growth, social interactions, and pastime activities in Heaven. We have gotten explicit answers to technical questions from Archangels on the nature of the human soul, reincarnation, and the concerns of aliens about our use of nuclear energy.

We have learned about intergalactic travel, black holes and wormholes. We have learned about appearance, shape-shifting, and walking in a rain forest. We have learned about how man is protected as well as possible while he exercises his God-given free will. Even with all the help at our disposal, we can still screw up, so we must be aware.

So back to the question of phenomenological evidence: How do we deal with the idea of communications with spirits? That is how this book came about. I am here to testify that experience trumps theory, belief, surmisal and a lot of other iffy stuff.

Greetings, welcome, and blessings to you! I am so pleased to be involved in the transmission and sharing of this book you are about to read. It is unique in comparison to everything else I have ever written, in that the majority of the material was channeled through me by beautiful beings in the Spirit World.

I have done my fair share of channeling throughout my years of working as a psychic medium, including trance channeling, and passing along information that those in other Light realms have telepathically shared with me.

The information contained herein entailed a combination of both styles of channeling, and this is something of which I was unaware in the very early stages of Ray’s and my exploration of the topics you’ll find.

It began simply enough, with him communicating during our readings with his dear wife Sharon, who has been a resident of Heaven for several years now. Ray has an incredibly inquisitive scientifically based approach to life and its unanswered questions.

The longer we have known one another, the more I have developed a great admiration of him. One reason for this is that he is the only octogenarian I know who continues to take classes on such subjects as quantum physics! He is also very hip about technology in general. Ray is continuously expanding his knowledge base, and is one of the most open-minded, caring and naturally curious persons I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

The way we met is unique, to say the very least. I did a reading for a client of mine named Erin (mentioned in his bio above) in 2012. At that time, I was living in a little town called River Pines in Amador County (gold and wine country, if you know that area of Northern California at all). Erin drove to see me at my small cabin in River Pines for her first reading. I could tell she was stunned by the accuracy of some of the messages she received. A few months later she booked another reading.

At that time, I sometimes made house calls to clients to provide readings, and for my next reading with Erin, I traveled to her house in Elk Grove, a suburb of Sacramento. She had recently moved into the place, and as the reading got underway, a woman in Spirit who identified herself as Sharon, began speaking.

Erin was puzzled, since she didn’t have a relative or friend on the other side with that name. But as Sharon began giving detailed information about the house and some upgrades Erin had performed since moving it, Erin stopped the reading by saying, Oh, my gosh! I bought this house from a man named Ray, and his wife had recently passed away. This happened before I met him and decided to buy the house, so I never met her. But her name is Sharon, and of course she knows so much about this house; it was hers before it was mine!

Having done readings for more than 25 years at that time, I wasn’t totally astounded because similar events have taken place before. People in spirit who were peripherally connected to my client in some way would periodically come through with messages for someone else in my client’s sphere of influence.

But Sharon’s messages were so crystal clear and detailed, Erin felt moved to share them with Ray, who had recently moved back to his home state of Texas. He eventually decided to try a reading of his own with me, and as they say, the rest is history.

Because we both are grateful to Erin for her connecting us, we want to share some info with you about her, as a thank you. Erin reads tarot cards, is very intuitive, and has written a book of her own, published in 2018. Her book is titled: That’s Why You’re Here: A Journey from Grief To Metaphysical Awareness and it’s available on Amazon.

If you read it, by the way, for whatever reason, she used a pseudonym for me in her book. Here’s the truth, which I’m happy to share with you: Caroline is me, Cheryl. Messy hair, sweatpants and all, about which she chose to be factual!

Fast Forward back to working with Ray: It wasn’t until somewhere around our fourth or fifth reading when he began asking detailed, specific questions about what goes on in the afterlife, as well as about such topics as alien intervention with life on Earth, that I realized there was something unique going on in our sessions.

The answers that were coming out of my mouth were ones which I personally had not studied too much in the past, and often were off the charts to the degree that it finally dawned on me that even though I was in a conscious state while doing our sessions, I was trance-channeling those answers.

I have a feeling that my Spirit Guides and Angelic contacts probably danced a celebratory jig, ecstatic that I finally got it! and that there was more afoot than just a private reading done to help only one person. This was extremely exciting, and the Angels and Guides with whom I work strongly urged me to discuss the possibility of co-writing one book (and possibly more) with Ray, based upon our sessions. So, here we are!

I am a long-time fan of the teachings of Esther Hicks and Abraham, and as they are fond of saying, I want to paraphrase them and say to you: We are presenting this information for those who are seeking it.

We understand that many will write this off as flights of fancy, woo-woo New Age gobbledygook, and so forth. That’s great! Everyone is entitled to his/her/their opinion, and we are not attempting to change anyone’s belief system, even in the most infinitesimal iota.

We are simply sharing what we find to be some remarkable insights from a higher dimension in the hopes that others will find these of interest, and perhaps in some way, the dispensation of this material will help inspire and uplift not only the readers, but in a ripple effect forum, spread more Light to our planet, which is in undeniably dire need of healing, compassion and peace.

Just a little background on me…I was raised in the Midwest, brought up in full-fledged evangelical, speaking-in-tongues, Pentecostal church. You may well be able to imagine that my being a psychic child did not exactly mesh well with my mother’s deep subscription to our religion! In fact, it was a primary source of our clashing and misunderstanding one another throughout my youth.

She passed away when I was not quite 16 years of age, but for many years now, the two of us have had a lovely, healed and continually expanding connection, for which I am eternally grateful.

Their legacy in books and spiritual materials and encouragement are invaluable. I must also express my gratitude for the guidance and energy of Dr. James Martin Peebles, who was introduced to me by my dear friend Ann Albers in the early 2000s, and now helps me tremendously in my life and my readings.

So, enough about the past! Let us now focus forward on what those in the Light have shared with Ray and me! It is our hope that you’ll find upliftment from these messages in this book, and that some of them may cause you to pause, scratch your head and ponder a bit. Book Format Explanation

The opening section of the book focuses on the people or beings (human or otherwise) who reside in the domain we call Heaven. People of all races and belief systems have been curious about the afterlife for centuries. Some of the questions that have undoubtedly been asked about Heaven include:

What is life there like?

What, if anything, do Heaven’s residents feel?

How do they sense/experience their surroundings?

How do they spend their time?

How do they communicate with one another?

Is there a social aspect to their existence?

How do they deal with day-to-day existence?

How do they occupy their time?

Do they have a sense of purpose?

There are many others that the authors have wondered about as well, and we feel certain some of these questions might also be commonly considered, such as:

If a couple were married on Earth, do they still think of themselves as married in Heaven?

Did they experience a Life Review and if so, what was that like?

How to do they appear to themselves? Or how can they recognize one another in the Spirit realm?

What, if any, kinds of constraints do they experience?

What kind of management or sense of Heavenly organization do they experience?

Do they sense the presence of a Higher Power there, and if so, how does IT appear or feel?

The first portion of the book attempts to provide a picture of Heavenly or Spirit life in a way that mortals can find enlightening and satisfying. The material was largely collected in the earliest readings done for Ray by Cheryl, with his family members providing the majority of the insights. Later on in other sections, there is far more input from Archangels and other Beings in the Heavenly dimensions.

Questions Ray asks are designated with R and responses/messages delivered by Cheryl with C. This will be consistent throughout the book, with the exception being that when Cheryl is channeling a message from an Angel or named Being/Entity, that full name will be used.

Heaven: On Being There

In these beginning pages, we attempt to share a picture of Heavenly or Spirit life in a way that mortals can find enlightening and satisfying. The material was largely collected in the earliest readings done for Ray by Cheryl, with his family members providing the majority of the insights.

Activities/Pastimes in Heaven

In this first section, Ray initially is conversing with his wife Sharon in Heaven about her family here on the Earth plane.

R: Do you watch over your children and grandchildren?

C: She says yes. Now, is your oldest son right around 16 years of age?

R: No, she has a grandson that’s 18; that’s her grandson on her side of the family. My stepsons, her sons are in their late 40s.

C: She must be talking about the grandson, then, because I was seeing a young man, he looked to be high school age and I felt like he was 16, 17, somewhere right around there.

R: He just turned 18.

C: Okay. She’s also around him; she says she’s very proud of him, he’s really turned himself around a lot in this last year as far as his academic interests, and so forth. She makes me feel like he has gotten either more serious, or has been allowed to shine in his own right more. I don’t know if you understand this about this young man or not?

R: Absolutely.

C: But she says she was worried about him when she was still here, whether he was going to buckle down and kind of find his way. She says he’s doing that now, and she’s so very proud of him. She does visit him and sometimes tries to put a positive, loving thought in his mind, too, and in his heart.

R: Ask her if she’s working with children or others that have no one to greet them when they first arrive in Heaven. She said she was going to study that or prepare for it, or get trained for it, in a previous reading.

C: She says, I’m very happy to be doing that. I thought I was going to get to be an art teacher for some of these children because some of them are so used to school on the Earth plane, that especially when they first get here, they expect to be in classes. And I do teach some classes. But what these children teach me is beyond amazing, what they’re able to do just with their creativity and their minds, and they create it just by thought… That’s a whole different process that just fascinates her.

She also welcomes little bitty kids, from infants right on down the line. I see that she’s part of a core group that is waiting for these children that don’t have adult souls that they would recognize in the spirit world yet.

She says, I get so much out of helping these children. They’re never upset when they realize they’re in Heaven. They’re just always so wide-eyed and amazed, but they feel much more welcome and happier when they have a committee that says, ‘Hi! We’re going to work with you now, and this is where you get to be now.’

R: Amazing.

The following section was from a reading where Ray was talking with his father.

R: I wanted to ask him, I just wondered what his duties are, what his job or occupation is there, and what kinds of things is he studying? Curious what a day in the life for him is like.

C: He says, Well, a lot of it, Ray, has been about the fine art of enjoying relaxation for me. I never quite mastered that on the Earth plane. And my spirit guides have been helping me understand the relevance and significance of what it means to just be still; to reflect and enjoy the love and the energy that’s around.

So, he says not so much of a formal study like Sharon has embarked upon, but he does help, he says, I get to help other people when I’m in their territory over here…

[ASIDE FROM CHERYL: Interesting. My mom used to call it ‘neighborhoods of like-minded beings’ and he’s saying ‘territory.’]

When people in spirit form decide they want a specific kind of home or dwelling over there, it’s kind of like an old-fashioned barn-raising, your dad says, where the neighbors in the community used to get together and help.

[ASIDE FROM CHERYL: By the way, I have heard this analogy several times over the years, Ray.]

Your dad says, Over here, we just use the power of thought to construct things, so when people have a blueprint or desire in their mind about what they want to create, and they feel like it would be more immediate or productive to have multiple energies involved, I enjoy helping with that. They just describe it, and then we all concentrate on it, and it appears.

He describes this as very magical and at the same time gratifying to him—much easier than the Earth plane! He’s chuckling, "No sweat, no perspiration over there. So, all banding together, that’s one thing he really seems to enjoy.

I feel like other than checking in on you and other family members on the Earth plane, what he’s indicating is he had to learn what it’s like to receive. That it’s okay not to always be struggling, and that there is a beauty in just receiving energy and support and being quiet.

R: I can appreciate that for him because he was always a Type Double A personality. He needed to control the surroundings and the people within the surroundings
