    Forrest Brown knocked on his friend Jamil's back door. Jamil's mother opened it and said, 'Come in Forrest, Jamil is just taking his cousin's present around to her house, he won't be long. Go through to the sitting room, Mr. Singh is in there.  Do you want a drink and a biscuit?'

    'Yes please, Mrs. S. I want to show Jamil my new watch. It's waterproof and you can see it in the dark, even underwater!'

    Forrest went into the sitting room where Mr. Singh was again reading yesterday's Financial Times. 'No work today, Mr. Singh?'  he asked.

    'No Forrest, my boy, two whole bank-free days. We are travelling to Wolverhampton later to have a big lunch with all the family.'

    ´Brill! My Nan's coming over later and we're having turkey.'

    At that point, Mrs. Singh came in, carrying a tray containing glasses of orange juice and a plate of biscuits. She handed Forrest one of the glasses; he took a big gulp of orange juice and said, 'You'll never believe what happened in my Dad's pub last night.'

    'Probably not,' said Mr. Singh.

    'Do tell us, please, Forrest,' said Mrs. Singh and winked at her husband.
