Preface
Technology occupies a special position in every field in the world. This book deals with how technology has fared in the field of law enforcement agencies and examines if its use has been effective thus far.
As a result of their ineffectiveness in stamping down the crime rate, the majority of Americans believe that America's law enforcement agencies need to be disbanded and defunded. Some believe that providing them with cameras can solve this problem.
This book also compares whether law enforcement agencies who were provided with technology have successfully combated criminals than law enforcement agencies before the era of technology.
Plenty of statistics, research from academic journals, and examples of the events that have unfolded in America are also mentioned to support the statements. The book cites references from credible sources such as Washington Post, Pew Research, and Vox. Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who assisted me in this task. I am indebted to people for all the valuable support they offered me. Any feedback or constructive criticism of this book is always welcome.
