Yolande helping the government

During 1991 yolande Mostert decided to go work for the government to help all the poor people in south Africa. She applied for a job at operational management:Dept of finance  sub division Management Information Systems, where she every month patiently provided the commissioner trevor van heerden with valuable advise on how to manage the office, she even printed out bar charts and pie charts with color coded to make him better understand how things work and what the state currently is with the financial income and gave him some valuable ideas.

Every year Yolande successfully updated the yearly tax table program to ensure that it the new tax adjustments are ontime ,ready for the tax booklet to be printed,every year Yolande worked overtime, evenings and sometimes weekends to ensure that the new tax table booklet program is updated ontime, but if Trevor van heerden was a good manager he could have at least once go to her office and said thank you for helping him manage the SARS office, instead he didn’t even make sure that her overtime gets paid, she had to use her own money to go to the SARS office on weekends she even had to buy her own car, and risk her life to drive with an old broken down car that she bought for R4000 a 1968 model car with an old engine,actualy yolande doesn’t like antique cars that much ,she prefer new once, like the once all managers does, sprty Mercedes and cute 4b4,but an old broken car is all she could afford to buy to help trevor van heerden manage his work on time.Many times the poor woman was stuck on the road and that included nights ,after she completed work for the SARS management. During this time Trevor van Heerden who’m was appointed as the SARS Dept of Finance Manager, should have ensured that Yolande Mosterts overtime gets paid, since she was demanded by his managers to work overtime on weekends and evenings to finish work for SARS. Instead of sharing her money with her grand mother and grand father, like she always did, even when she was a kid, she could no longer treat her grand parents with extra gifts ,and food and private medical care, they both died an intolerable suffering death in public hospitals, the one evening Yolande did had to go visit her grand mother before she died ,she had to try and pick her up of the floor where she was in the public hospital, and asked nurses and doctors to help her and the selfish nurse just said, im too busy, that day her grandmother didn’t even had food to eat in the hospital, no one helped her, Yolande was working hard at the SARS office to earn extra money so that she can support her grand parents, she even took her grand father to a private doctor in her free time, but its too late now, Trevor, you killed those people! They could have lived to be 120 years old today. Couldn’t you just gave the poor woman her overtime pay?

During 1997/8 Yolande was transferred from the management to the computer head office training department to go sort out the mess that jikes oosysin was making ,he was wasting government money an employing people that is unqualified to be trainers and have no computer qualifications, once of hes whores that he employed was REanel sceamin, all she
