    Introduction

    Four decades ago, it was promised by the medical establishment that the United States would strive to cure cancer, diabetes, and other illnesses that have long plagued our society. In the current era of medical research, we have been asked to walk for these cures. We walk for Autism; we walk for Diabetes; we walk for Breast Cancer; Prostate Cancer; and all of the other diseases that affect those we love. Where has all this walking gotten us? More money going to the pharmaceutical companies, who in turn make more medicines and vaccines that cause more forms of cancer, Autism and Diabetes. Where has that really gotten us? It has gotten us to walking in circles. Science without conscience.

    In this book I promote no product. I have no hidden agenda to make money for any pharmaceutical company, nutritional style, or recovery center. I do not make money when I ask you to take vitamin supplements or see certain doctors. This book was written solely to help you recover your child and to make the lives of children, both present and future, better. I am passionate about this work, having spent decades involved in the recovery of children. Many authors publish successfully due to their doctoral qualifications and institutional links, at times being a mere part of the job as opposed to a passion-driven process. My work exists solely to improve the health of those children with Autism, ADD, and other special needs.

    This book is formatted in double columns because, as discussed in Chapter 2, it less straining on the eyes making tracking from left to right easier.  People who often lose their places when reading will find that they can maintain their places with less effort.

    Chapter 1: At the Precipice

    People have become conditioned to accept a growing number of children with diagnoses such as Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Disabilities (LD), and other so-called psychiatric disorders and disabilities. In previous generations, an ill child might have been an anomaly that attracted the stares of other children and adults. Today, people can hardly go to a library, movie theater, shopping mall, park, or classroom without encountering chronically ill children that are now commonplace in current society.  Ironically, the resources touted as having marvelous impacts on the health of our children are the very same resources that have created these perpetually ill children.

    All mental disorders that are agreed upon amongst the psychiatric community are listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). There is a discrepancy as to the number of mental and psychiatric disorders enumerated in the DSM. One source states that there are 106 mental/psychiatric disorders while other sources give different numbers (DSM History, 2010; Grob, 1991). By 1994, the different mental illnesses listed in the DSM had escalated to 250 mental/psychiatric disorders.

    The newest DSM will include many new disorders and it will even change the Dyslexia description. Instead, they are restructuring aspects of Dyslexia into separate disorders. For example, children who do not like mathematics may be diagnosed as having an MD or Mathematical Disorder. There previously existed a name for children and adults with a Mathematical Disorder, known as Dyscalculia, which was a type of Dyslexia, pertaining to numbers. In the newest DSM, it is referred to as a new disorder. I speculate that the purpose of defining this new disorder is to support an increase in new or repurposed medications. But, this condition can not be remedied via medication; it requires one on one teaching at an individual pace, which is education not medication.

    The 1994 edition of the DSM-IV was 886 pages long. The newer DSM, due in 2013, will be far lengthier (Maser & Patterson, 2002). I’m hoping that the reader finds this of concern.[i]

    The Toxicity of Vaccines

    The author feels that Autism, ADHD, and other such disorders are not psychiatric in nature but are instead physical illnesses, most of which began from exposure to contaminates and toxins. The largest amount of toxins and harmful exposure come from items now found in vaccines such as Aluminum, Thimerosal (mercury), Ether, MSG, Embalming Fluid, Polysorbates, and other dangerous chemicals. Vaccines also contain human fetal cells and animal DNA.

    Some argue that Formaldehyde can be found as well. Once injected, the toxins and contaminates bypass the body’s digestive  system where they would have had the chance to be neutralized somewhat rather than going directly into the bloodstream; some coagulate in the human brain.

    In earlier times, a few vaccines were thought to be of great help for preventing diseases.  I suppose that the human body is capable of handling a certain amount of foreign chemicals when there were only a few vaccines administrated at a time. In previous times, it was natural for a child to be exposed to childhood diseases such as chicken pox and measles. A child would have been exposed to only one or two diseases at a time within a year or so, which would not compromise their young immune systems. Most healthy children were able to overcome childhood diseases.

    But today, children get a large number of vaccinations at the same time; sometimes being injected at one time with up to 16 to 20 different antigens! This situation obviously would be very taxing on a child’s still developing immune system. Further, babies today are being vaccinated right after birth, before their immune system is even fully formulated; and others are vaccinating when a woman is pregnant, before a baby is even born. Decades ago, people instead received about 5 to 10 vaccinations at the most in one lifetime.

    The number of vaccinations began to greatly increase due to a law passed in 1986 called the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. This piece of legislation prevented people from suing a vaccine maker in regular courts[ii]. This made the vaccine industry the only widely held corporations in America that could not be sued in regular civil court. Instead, Vaccine Courts were established to make rulings, essentially giving the pharmaceutical industry immunity from the consequences of having poisonous or toxic ingredients contained in their vaccines. Few cases are heard in that court. From that time forward, children went from getting fewer than 10 vaccines by age 18 to getting up to 70 or more vaccines by 18. Today, approximately 36 vaccinations are often given before the age of two.

    It has been said that a baby is born with its mother's immune system (Hanson & Silfverdal, 2009). Some claim that any vaccine given to a child before the age of six months will then be flushed out when the baby transitions from the mother’s immune system to its own (Sheppard, 2008). Others claim that any vaccine will be flushed out by the baby’s emerging immune system by the age of one.

    Shots such as DPT, Diptheria, Pertussis (Whooping Cough), and Tetanus are given at the ages of two, four, and six months. Shots such as the MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) are administered at different intervals. Not only are these three-in-one shots dangerous for the infant or child, but often times three or four needles are given in a single doctor's visit, which contain vaccines supposedly to prevent up to 16 different diseases.

    In previous generations getting so many vaccines at one time was not standard practice. The shots issued by doctors today aren't the same shots that were administered in the 60s and 70s. Today, the adjuvant chemicals are much stronger. Under usual circumstances, the gut would be able to reduce toxicity through digestive processes before going through muscle and nerve tissue. By injecting toxins directly into the muscles and bypassing the gut altogether, these poisons often have the possibility of going directly to the brain.

    Contaminates and Adjuvants

    What is in these vaccines? The concept of a vaccine is that doctors take dead or weakened versions of a virus and insert it into our most active tissues, our muscle tissues, where our body proceeds to fight it off by building an immune response. That, however, is not the whole picture, although I wish it was. Instead, understand that a variety of vaccines contain contaminants, which include formaldehyde, mercury, aluminum, embalming fluid, antifreeze, aborted fetal tissue, Squalene, peanut by-products, Thimerosal, Ether, Polysorbate 80, and cells and viruses from monkeys, cows, pigs, chickens, and dogs.

    Some of these materials are used as immunologic adjuvants. According to the National Cancer Institute, adjuvants are agents added to a vaccine so that it may stimulate the immune system and increase its response to a vaccine. "Adjuvants have been whimsically called the dirty little secret of vaccines in the scientific community. This dates from the early days of commercial vaccine manufacture, when significant variations in the effectiveness of different batches of the same vaccine were observed, correctly assumed to be due to contamination of the reaction vessels. However, it was soon found that more scrupulous attention to cleanliness actually seemed to reduce the effectiveness of the vaccines, and that the contaminants – dirt – actually enhanced the immune response. There are many known adjuvants in widespread use, including oils, aluminum salts, and virosomes." - The Scientist Deciphering Immunology's Dirty Secret, by Kate Travis; January 1, 2007.

    The problem is that many of these substances are mixed together and implanted in human tissue in ways that would never have occurred in nature, creating concoctions that cause negative physical reactions, sometimes quite severe. The damage from the resultant toxic effects far outweighs the benefits that may be provided to the immune system. Even more alarming is that newborn babies have been vaccinated, since about 1991, against a sexually transmitted disease when they are between only three hours and 12 hours old. This immunity wears off by the time the child is five. Some parents have come to believe that their child was born autistic, when many were actually injured by this vaccine on their first precious day of life.

    NOTE: As of the time of publication, not only did the United States Vaccine Court award $2.3 billion to over 80 families who proved that vaccines injured their children. In fact more cases are currently in process. In Europe the courts have declared that vaccines cause autism, narcolepsy, and other damage to the brain.

    Following is a table showing a modest sampling of foreign ingredients found in vaccines given to your newborn baby:

    Many people have not thought about nor seen these charts showing the multitude of vaccines and vaccine ingredients that people are injected with. For those seeing this information for the first time, pay special attention to the Hepatitis B shot. Notice in the far right column, it has residual MRC5 proteins - human diploid cells from aborted fetal tissue. The vaccine for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella, and Varicella contains the chemicals Monosodium L-Glutamate (MSG), Potassium Chloride, Potassium Phosphate Monobasic, Potassium Phosphate Dibasic, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, Sorbitol and Sucrose. Besides these dangerous chemicals, it contains human albumin, human diploid cells, residual components of MRC-5 cells including DNA and proteins, bovine serum, hydrolyzed gelatin, and chicken embryo. Other vaccines contain non-kosher pork and pig products (DailyMed, 2008).

    It can be seen how adverse reactions can possibly occur in newborns with newly forming immune systems that are exposed to many different chemicals and foreign proteins. This is just a small sampling of some vaccines.

    Infant Strokes Post-Vaccination

    For those parents out there wondering whether or not your child became ill as a result of being vaccinated, first look at photos of your baby's face when you believed your baby to be healthy. Next, compare that photo to other pictures of your baby's face after you felt that your baby suddenly lost speech or eye contact abilities, started screaming uncontrollably, or stopped sleeping through the night for more than a few consecutive days. What you might notice in the photos is that one eye turns to the side or tends to droop, the corner of the lips on one side of the face points down or up, or, more significantly, the baby's face is no longer symmetrical.[iv] All of these are significant signs of a possible stroke or a blockage of blood or oxygen to the brain, which indicates that there may be a potential relationship between these strokes and vaccines. This sudden change of face is most noticeable between the ages of 15 and 18 months old when children get their series of DPT, MMR, and HIB shots.

    Why do these strokes tend to occur more frequently at this age? If we take bee sting allergies as an example, a person must usually be stung several times before developing an anaphylactic-type allergic reaction. It’s not the first sting, and usually not the second, that causes these ill effects. By the third sting, however, the body fights back with such force that anaphylactic shock occurs. A similar reaction occurs with vaccine shots when the body can no longer fight the invader. A baby with a thriving immune system can suddenly withdraw as the toxic chemicals begin to attack the brain and the gut.

    Signs that your baby may be having a dangerous reaction include a lump on the leg at the site of the injection, a certain high-pitched scream that may last for hours, vomiting, a high fever, or even collapsing. Consider these reactions as warnings to you, as a parent, that more of these signs are yet to come. In retrospect, some parents can remember phoning their physicians only to hear, fever is common after injection, just give your baby Motrin or Tylenol, when in reality fever is a reaction that can help the child burn off harmful chemicals, toxic substances, and/or infections from the body. By lowering the fever you may thwart your child's ability to fight off the invaders.

    Diseases Declining Before Vaccinations

    Research has shown that many diseases began to decline and even practically disappear before any vaccinations were introduced for them OR even when there was no vaccine available. Many factors had and have majorly influenced the natural decline or disappearance of contagious diseases. 

    These factor include more efficient and effective methods of:

    Sanitation (clean water, air, food, and a clean environment.);

    Water and sewage treatment;

    Public health departments and regulations;

    Personal bathing / Hygiene;

    Quality nutrition, all year around, not just seasonal;

    Pest control;

    Quarantine.

    Throughout most of history, conditions in many towns, cities, and countries were filthy, with a lack of proper sanitation and contamination of water and other resources. It was not even understood that germs caused disease. But during the mid 1800's, it was finally proven that there was a connection between germs and diseases. Soon after, cleansing agents such as soaps and disinfectants began to be developed and put to use as it was recognized that diseases could be controlled.

    The following charts show how the mortality of diseases began to decline even before the advent of vaccines.

    Note: No vaccine was ever created for Scarlet Fever, which virtually disappeared. Also, no widespread vaccination was ever used for Typhoid Fever.
