DRIVING UNTIL DAWN
It was another all-night gambling session for William Frederickson; twenty-two hours and three minutes to be exact. The binge was over but his head was pounding from too many scotch whiskey and cokes poisoning his insides. He had guilty regrets from blurting out creepy one-liners to brunette Jersey girls that were out of his league. He was still up $3000, but felt unsatisfied, having been up over $20,000. Another spin of the wheel fed the adrenaline rush that he was addicted to. It was irresistible, better than sex. One losing spin lead to another and almost all of his profit for the night was gone. He left the casino in a huff knowing that sobriety in moderation had its privileges. Yeah,
