Congrats on taking the step to making your dog the best family pet he can be! You are now on your way to remote collar training your dog. You are now comfortable with the foundation training program, and your dog is rocking it and understands what you are asking. Some people rush the training program and go straight to the remote. If you are struggling with the prong collar foundation program, you may struggle with the remote collar. Get comfortable with the foundation program, and once you are comfortable, the remote collar program is super easy! Also there is much that can be built upon the foundation program by moving to the remote collar program. You can improve teaching your dog how to stay in place, recall from place to place and more. Much of this program will refer back to the foundation program.

Remember in our last program that there are different types of pressure your dog needs to learn to turn off unwanted behavior. Now we have remote collar pressure, and this is the game changer to so many dogs.
The amazing thing with the remote collar, as my buddy Sean says, is that psychologically, the dog is doing the work
to turn the remote collar pressure off versus you helping and doing the work with the leash. The dog understands the commands
