The Illuminati
THIS IS ONE OF A SERIES OF BOOKS outlining the religion, politics and philosophy of the ancient and controversial secret society known as the Illuminati, of which the Greek polymath Pythagoras was the first official Grand Master. The society exists to this day and the author is a member, working under a pseudonym.
The Illuminati’s religion is the most highly developed expression of Gnosticism and is called Illumination (alternatively, Illuminism). Dedicated to the pursuit of enlightenment, it has many parallels with the Eastern religions of Hinduism, Buddhism and Taoism. It rejects the Abrahamic religions of faith: Judaism, Christianity and Islam, considering these the work of the Demiurge
; an inferior, cruel and wicked deity who deludes himself that he is the True God, and who has inflicted endless horrors on humanity.
If you wish to judge for yourself how deranged the Demiurge is, you need only read the Old Testament, the story of the Demiurge’s involvement with his Chosen People
, the Hebrews. You may wonder why the God of All
entered into an exclusive and partisan Covenant with a tribe in the Middle East several thousand years ago, why he promised them a land (Canaan) that belonged to others, and why he then actively participated with them in a genocidal war against the Canaanites. Even more bizarrely, according to Christian theology, he then despatched all of those Hebrews, whom he had supported so fanatically, to Limbo – the edge of Hell – when they died. They couldn’t go to Heaven because they were indelibly marked by the Original Sin
of Adam and Eve. Only the atonement provided by the agonising death of God’s son
, Jesus Christ, could wipe the slate clean and allow the Hebrews to be released from Limbo. But there was a catch. Only those who accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour were eligible for Paradise.
Of course, the Chosen People of God
have almost entirely rejected Jesus Christ. Therefore, from the Christian perspective, nearly all of the Chosen People are now in hell proper. Don’t you find God’s behaviour distinctly odd? Indeed, unbelievable? Don’t alarm bells start ringing? Doesn’t the behaviour of this God sound rather more like what would be expected of Satan?
Remember that this same God
ordered Abraham to perform human sacrifice on his own son, Isaac. Abraham, rather than rejecting this monstrous command, rather than denouncing the creature that gave it as evil incarnate, agreed to butcher his own flesh and blood to demonstrate how slavishly and mindlessly obedient he was – the prototype of all psychopathic, fanatical believers
.
Does God’s command to Abraham sound like something that would ever pass the lips of the True God? We pity you if you think it does because you are surely a creature of the Demiurge and one of the legions of the damned. If, however, you doubt the credentials of the Abrahamic God, you may be receptive to the message of the Illuminati and our future-oriented, rational, scientific, mathematical and dialectical religion of light – Illumination.
Introduction: Meritocracy
The Meritocracy Party campaigns to replace democracy with meritocracy. Democracy has become the single biggest obstacle to the rise of the most meritorious. In the USA, no matter your talents, you cannot become President unless you have access to vast wealth to fund your campaign. In Great Britain, social mobility – the opportunity to improve your social standing – has gone into reverse. If you are born into a poor family you are statistically almost certain to remain poor, regardless of your merits. If your parents are rich, you can start looking forward to a prosperous future, again regardless of your merits.
The Meritocracy Party seeks to remove the link between parental wealth and children’s outcomes in life, and to eradicate nepotism and cronyism, the dual drivers of privilege. The Meritocracy Party is viral
. You don’t need to join anything, seek anyone’s permission, go to any meetings or pay any money. If you’re broadly in tune with the meritocratic ethos, all you have to do is go out and spread the word.
The world can be changed: conversation by conversation amongst intelligent people.
The Meritocracy Party seeks to put a radical philosophical and scientific principle at the heart of politics: the dialectic. This is commonly broken down into three parts – thesis, antithesis and the synthesis. The thesis is the first attempt to explain a phenomenon, or improve an existing product, process, idea, institution, organization; or even society itself. The antithesis is the inevitable opposition to the thesis: it encapsulates the contrary hypotheses, the counterarguments, the counterfacts, the contradictions and the rival forces that stand against the thesis. The synthesis seeks to take what is best from the thesis and antithesis and leave behind what is worst. It becomes a new, higher, superior thesis, and the process begins again at a higher level. It keeps going until all contradictions have been resolved and the final synthesis has attained its Omega Point – perfection.
The scientific method, the most successful instrument ever devised by the human race, is, in effect, the scientific application of the dialectic. But the dialectic can also be applied in religion, politics, psychology, sociology, business, corporations, economics, institutions, organisations, the police, law and order, education, health – every conceivable aspect of society.
The dialectic provides the central axis around which meritocracy revolves. It moves the world away from empty political rhetoric and vacuous moral
platitudes towards an evidence-based culture where new ideas are continually tested and refined to make them perfect. Pragmatic experiments replace political debate. Data replaces opinion. Evidence replaces ideology. Politicians become redundant. They no longer serve any function.
Meritocracy is the dialectical political solution to the world’s ills. It is based on talent and evidence. It relies on a principle specifically designed to generate improvement in every aspect of human affairs.
Join the Revolution. Join the unfolding of the dialectic. Become a meritocrat and bring the failed age of democracy to its deserved end. Replace democratic politics with the first ever political system based on an evidence-based scientific and philosophical principle, the specific purpose of which is to develop every aspect of the world to its ultimate. Join the Scientific Society, the Smart Society, the future society of demonstrable and continual improvement, the Society of Self-Actualization, of perfecting this world we inhabit.
Winston Churchill said, Democracy is the worst form of government except for all those others that have been tried.
Now it’s time to try the best form of government – Meritocracy.

The following material concentrates on the British political system, but the same arguments apply in every country. The idea is to have a Meritocracy Party in every nation of the world, all of which are affiliated to create the first global political party. With global capitalists relentlessly forcing down costs (people’s pay) while increasing their own profits, only a global political response will suffice. Whatever country you are in, start building the meritocratic future.
The Facts
(Source: Superclass: The Global Power Elite and the World They Are Making by David Rothkopf.)
1) The world is controlled by a global elite of approximately 6,000 people.
2) 94% of them are men, and their average age is 60.
3) 2% of the world’s population own 50% of the world’s wealth.
4) 1,100 billionaires have double the assets of the world’s poorest 2.5 billion people.
5) The world’s 50 largest financial institutions control a third of the world’s assets.
6) The world’s 250 biggest companies generate sales of about a third of the world’s GDP.
Very few of this super-rich elite are elected. Many have attended privileged schools, colleges and universities. Many belong to exclusive clubs and societies. Many inherited great wealth and many just happened to be present when great assets became available (as in the case of the 36 Russian oligarchs). Many have strong family and religious links. Many are close friends. They control practically everything worth controlling. They don’t listen to us, and they don’t care about us. So, the choice is simple. Let’s do nothing and go through life like peasants bowing to feudal kings. Or let’s stand up to the elite and take what is ours. It’s time to replace the system that oppresses us. Democracy is
