About this ebook

The book deals with the latest global developments since the presidential election in the US in 2016 when Donald Trump took over the presidency in the White House.

The author gives a historical look back at the earlier geostrategic theories from the 1800s - 1900s, of which Great Britain and the United States have followed the classic Anglo-American ditto in practice since the First World War and until recently.

Also, a reasonably detailed presentation is given about the, in the West among the population, relatively unknown Petrodollar System, which took place after Breton Wood.

This Pax Americana-colonial power tool, where the United States can no longer act militarily globally without risk with its aircraft carriers, which is the cornerstone of the United States' superpower status, is currently under intense attacks from Russia and China. With the fight for oil in focus and where Vladimir Putin has succeeded in the entirely impossible. Namely, to receive political support from all countries in the Middle East.

We get an overview of the Anglo-Saxon classical geostrategies. Furthermore, Foundation of Geopolitics, the Fourth Political Theory, and Eurasianism, by the Russian professor, geopolitician and ideologue, Alexander Dugin, whose policies are primarily led by Russia under Vladimir Putin. In an action under which China's, Xi Jinping, forms support as the most potent coastal power in Eurasia.

These authoritarian powers work together to neutralize US-NATO and thereby take control of the entire Eurasian continent, thus gaining Global World Domination.

Plenty of sources from well-known international newspapers/magazines such as Washington Post, The Atlantic, Politico, RBTH, The National Interest, Forbes, Pravda, Oil-price, New York Times, Financial Times, Sputnik, Business Insider, and many more.

The entire course of events has escalated dramatically in the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic, which received enormous global economic and other consequences.

    ABOUT AUTHOR

    SANTA FE, BANTAYAN ISLAND, PHILIPPINES

    DECEMBER 2019

I arrived with Singapore Airlines to Mactan International Airport, Lapu Lapu, via Moscow-Changi in November and spent my first time in Bacolod, Negros Occidental. Later, the journey by bus across Negros Island went down to Dumaguete. A stressful drive on crooked mountain roads that took almost eight hours.

In Negros Oriental, located about 35 km south of Malapatay, I took the opportunity to visit Apo Island with a Nipa boat, which brought a stunning noise due to the fact that no muffler existed so that one could have become deaf, paving the way for an upcoming dive expedition to the world's second-largest coral reef. The conditions are excellent, and the island very charming. Electricity, however, you have access to only twelve hours per day, and no Aircon units or fridge/freezer could be used. So, for my part, it can't be considered to live there more than just when diving is going on. On the other hand, a rechargeable fan could be provided, which can be used at night. Still, on the other side, as the island is located a bit out between the southern tip of the Negros Oriental, which faces Mindanao in the south, it can often inflate sharply, either from the Sulu Sea or the Mindanao Sea and you can get free fan so to speak.

After being in the area for about 14 days in different places, I went back to Lapu Lapu and Cebu to eventually make my way up to Hagnaya. It was a four-hour bus ride, which usually follows the eastern side of Cebu Island up to Bogo and then leaves west towards Hagnaya, where the harbor is located.

This time, however, to my surprise, the bus took a completely different route via Tabuelan and then followed the west side of Cebu Island up to Hagnaya.

There I received the unexpected message that the typhoon Tisoy was in the area, and all ship traffic was canceled for at least a couple of days. Sure, I noticed that it was windy on the way up, but it was the first time in all the years I had been here that ship traffic had been canceled due to typhoon risk.

I was therefore forced to spend the night in Hagnaya and ended up with a tricking carrier in a house where the owner drove me up with the double price. But I was lucky for already the next day at two o'clock Cocaliong Shipping started again, and I finally arrived in Santa Fe, located just a stone's throw from the charming white beaches.

But it could have been awful because when I entered the room, I booked via Airbnb even before leaving Lapu Lapu. After I got the package inside the room, I went to the beach directly and had both wallets with several thousand pesos and mobile in my pants pockets. I put the shorts on the beach, and right here, the bottom was rocky, so I only went out maybe twenty meters or so and dipped myself while watching the clothes. All of a sudden, some Filipino teenagers came rushing out of nowhere, and I got back in a hurry. As I reached for the dresses, they also came and looked at me while looking at the bundle of clothes. But they were too late. Otherwise, I could have had significant problems, because the lady at the AirBnb accommodation warned me about this particular behavior before I went down that people could simply take the clothes and run away with them. A good lesson that I, so many years I lived down here, really should have learned by this time; but it can happen when you relax too much. The next day I went to LR-Lodge, where I had always lived.

My habit faithful in the last ten years back here in Santa Fe I go to the beach every day for two to three hours with gym, swimming, and sunbathing. This day, at a leisurely pace, I swam pretty close to the edge of the beach, holding my green-yellow Philippine slippers in my hands to get better pressure in my chest swims. While I was swimming, I thought about the frontal attack from Russia and China against the unpopular Petrodollar system, also called Oil for Dollar. Could it be disbanded entirely by Russia and China already abandoning it several years ago? I had already written about this in my three previous books on the global upheaval, which was initiated by Vladimir Putin in early 2000 when he ensured that the former colonial victims in the BRICS countries consolidated. All to later confront the Western powers with the United States in the forefront.

As if this complex system, which has been in use since the early 1970s, was not enough, I was thinking about the fourth political theory of Alexander Dugin, including its predecessor, the first political theory. That is Liberalism; its challenger's number two in the order. Marxism inclusive, Communism and or Bolshevism, Socialism, and even Social Democracy for that matter. Last but not least, number three, Fascism which symbolizes the State and Nazism or National Socialism, where its only real viability was brutal racism. The second political theory, the left-wing Marxism of Liberalism, had to give up after the Cold War in 1992. The third, the rightist fascism and Nazism were demolished after the end of the Second World War and, on how the same could be integrated within the fourth political theory globally.

But, not only that. How could one integrate all these ideologies into a single brew with fundamental global geopolitics? Not only that but also from a Russian point of view?

Then I came to think of the comparison of the tellurian (land-based) powers, described by Halford Mackinder ¹, Nicolas Spykman². Besides, the thalassocracy (sea-based) empires in today's global world. They can have their comparison as far back in time as to the Punic Wars between Carthage and the Roman Empire from 264–146 BC, where eventually Carthage, which may be considered a sea-based power, was defeated.

Maybe Alfred Thayer Mahan³ has been inspired by these more than 2000 years old historical theories.

Then quite suddenly there came a giant wave that from nowhere and I got a proper cold soup and pulled out on deep ideological water of the back suck from the stream, I, to top it all, also was burned well and truly on the arms by so-called transparent jellyfish, which you do not even discern in the water.

All my thoughts were abruptly interrupted, and I became fully occupied with swimming in shallow water again. I dare, or instead do not want to swim alone in deep water for safety reasons. Especially not now that I am about to analyze today's, by historical measure, tremendous global upheaval.

But what I intrinsically wanted to say is how over the past week, I have been thinking feverishly about both the historical ideologies I mentioned above where everyone, but one played their part. What remains, though in the days contested by at least one if not two world leaders, is Liberalism with its emphasis, which, according to ideology experts, would be the only remnant of the old ditto and the possible effects and influence of the fourth political theory.

For each of the three ideologies, there is a historical theme.

In liberal ideology, the historical subject is just the individual. The individual is a unit equipped with will, morals and is the absolute goal of Liberalism. All forms of collective identity-ethnic-national-religious, caste, and so on - impede an individual's awareness of their individuality. Liberalism encourages the individual to be himself and thus to be free from all social identities and dependencies that limit and define the individual beyond these boundaries. It is the true meaning of Liberalism and its real core.

In the second political theory, the class is the historical subject. History is a class struggle. The proletariat is a controversial historical subject intended to liberate itself from the dominion of the bourgeoisie and build a society on entirely new grounds. Here, the individual within Marxism is thought to be a class-based whole and obtains social existence uniquely in the process of raising class consciousness.

In the third political theory, the historical subject was either the State (Fascism) or the Race (National Socialism / Nazism). In Fascism, everything was based upon a right-wing variant of Hegelianism. Hegel himself considered that the Prussian state was the height of historical development. In German National Socialism, the historical subject is Aryan race, which, according to racists, carries out the eternal fight against the subhuman races.

How the fourth political theory can replace the previous three, I will return to later in the book.

Now it has been more than ten years since part one of the independent series on Putin's strategy to change the world order was released. What subsequently came to change the entire global situation. Namely, the Kosovo War in April 1999.

I have in the introductory part" Vladimir Putin. A Geostrategic Russian Icon "briefly addressed the fundamental geopolitical aspects of Russia in its history and before and after the end of the Cold War in 1992. Besides, I also describe personal impressions from travel in the former Soviet Union. Record the catastrophic development of the early 1990s until the Kosovo War. Various meetings and discussions with senior retired US military. The development of BRICS, Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. Finally, the event in the Middle East. As extremely important today, considering Mexico and Donald Trump's fixation on the wall, I would like to refer to the conversation regarding Latin America with retired US Major General, Winston, in Cebu. The resolution of the border conflict on the Amur River, which Vladimir Putin addressed on the spot when he came to the Kremlin in 2000, for Russia, the strategically important rimland world power China.

In part two," Vladimir Putin. A geostrategic Russian Icon. In the Shadow of Ukraine, the events in Ukraine were dealt with quite extensively. The Russian military armament is being taken up. This one has become extremely important globally today. Sweden, as my homeland, gets a given place here with its many wars with Russia throughout history. Sweden Was a Military Giant Until It Invaded Russia. ⁴ After this, everything was lost. It was reflected in everything that is written and said about Russia, which at 99.99996 percent is negative.

The US strategy between the two world wars is also described in detail. Likewise, Sweden's avoidable balancing, which has faced heavy criticism from various sources. A trip to Vietnam and meeting with a Russian historian and geopolitical expert who discussed a little about Vietnam's struggle against the United States. And how, through the use of the Chu Chi tunnel system, managed to drive away the United States with its tail between its legs, with the help of the Viet Kong. In the Ad Extremum chapter in Part 2, " In the shadow of Ukraine, "the entire development where Russia and China cooperate in different ways. But I also describe Russian as well as American conservatism with its traditional values that are of utmost central importance for the development, we see not only in Sweden but everywhere within the EU at present. US President Donald Trump personifies the same. Like Vladimir Putin does in the world's leading conservative state, which undoubtedly affected the US middle class, which subsequently voted for Donald Trump in the 2016 election.

In part three," Vladimir Putin. A Eurasian Continent. A Russian Superpower. A Charismatic World Leader" deals with, among other things, the complete MH17 tragedy, ISIS / ISIL, Daesh. Putin's strategy in the Middle East, which has now proven to bear fruit better than anyone could ever imagine. The tense situation around the South China Sea and the Russian Chinese military upgrades/modernizations that have now reached a level so that they pose a legitimate threat to US global hegemony is described in great detail. After all, the situation in connection with the refugee crisis in Sweden could not be avoided. And the eternal mess, in DN especially, about NATO. As a final analysis, Putin's strategy in Syria is taken up in a Eurasian strategic point of view. The presidential election in the US and the convulsions thereupon form the termination of this part, which ended in November 2016.

All these parts are published in Swedish as well as in English in the trilogy" A Slavic People. A Russian Superpower. A Charismatic World Leader. The Global Upheaval. Trilogy ".

In this part, I am now writing. I will address such important events that have taken place during the period 2016 until quite recently. In doing so, I will emphasize classical geopolitics from the 1800s-1900s, Eurasianism, today's development and relate it primarily to " Foundations of Geopolitics, by, Alexander Dugin, and The Fourth Political Theory " by the same Russian geopolitician and ideologue, as well as, contrasting the latter with the only remaining historical ideology which, according to Fukuyama and Dugin, is Liberalism. I will only briefly address new Russian weapons systems that may challenge the United States. For it is already clear that Russia has neutralized the United States and, above all, NATO in Europe, through the development of its hypermodern Avangard glider. (Hypersonic Glide Vehicle), which can achieve at least Mach 20. The US / NATO has no defense against this Russian super-weapon or other Russian hypersonic weapons at present when Russia is alone in the world to hold the same. That is why NATO has declared today that it no longer sees Russia as its enemy. But without Avangard and other hypersonic weapons systems,
