    It's a typical night in central Texas. Bernie Orris is coming home from a night at the bar. A bartender at a local bar and grill. His parents were immigrants from Puerto Rico. They sell real estate to rich oil people. Bernie is earning his keep while attending law school. The standard path is down the highway to a small road.
