A girl artist draws with her pencils until the black one is almost completely short, reason why she decides to drop to the garbage the rest of the coloured pencils belonging to the case. This injustice is repaired by a boy artist who suspects the coloured pencils give life to the black short one at night and viceversa afterwards.
