About this ebook

When the sudden outbreak of a deadly virus causes a world pandemic, nothing would ever remain the same including Steven Washington's life. As a former car sales manager with a beautiful wife that all men coveted and two wonderful children, a boy and a girl, Steven had the best life he could ever wish for. However, when a virus that changed the world and the people in it breaks out, Steven's wife abandons him, taking with her everything including their children. Left with nothing, he is determined to end his life at all cost but just like half of the world population, the virus has changed him in ways he would never understand. They called them Ferals, those whom the virus has managed to mutate into diseased but stronger creatures. Their bite was dangerous and would turn anyone into one of them.  Also existing was the Morphed, those who were stuck between Feral and human as result of the virus. When Steven's wife sees that he has become one of the Morphed, she leaves the city with the Mayor whom she had been having an affair with and the rest of the humans abandoning the Morphed with nowhere to go but to survive and fight the Ferals. What happens when the Morphed suddenly start to become more Feral than human, would they be able to get to the fabled Haven amidst the deadly Ferals and get the cure on time?

    ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Ali Barnett Kennedy is a prolific author, a talented sportsperson, and a full-time student at university pursuing degrees in law and medicine. Growing up, Ali's mom was always working, and she had to stay with her grandparents. While it was stressful not seeing her mom as often as she wished, Ali found solace in spurring her imagination to write creative stories, birthing the writer she is today. Ali relishes the privilege of being flown by her artistic mind into a whimsical world and experiencing life as the characters in her writing do. From the thrill of her debut novel, The Surveillance State: Awaking, Ali whisks her readers into the grilling horrors of a lethal virus that causes a pandemic in her current book, The Supreme Virus. The virus has bisected the world’s population into three groups: the Humans, the Ferals, whom the virus has mutated into powerful and deadly beings, and the Morphed, who are stuck between the Humans and the Ferals. Steven Washington, a former car sales manager, turns into one of the Morphed and his goddess wife elopes with the city's mayor whom she had an affair with and their children. Left with a crushed heart and a disease to deal with Steve either has to commit suicide, or fight the Ferals. Ali loves Competing in Equestrian Sports, especially in Murrieta Equestrian Center in Rancho Murrieta in California, skateboarding, playing basketball, volleyball, and swimming in the ocean. He used to say that anything was possible if work hard and never give up until you succeed.

The sound of an animalistic growl filled the room as he threw the only furniture he had left, a wooden chair, against the concrete kitchen slab. He watched as the splintered pieces of the wood flew across the room. Once again, he had tried to end it all but to no avail. The cursed side of him was too strong. He slid to the floor dejectedly, head in his hands as his body wracked in tears thinking about how everything had once been perfect.

A year ago, Steven Washington had a perfect life; a beautiful wife that most men could only dream to have and two wonderful children who completed his joyous life. As a car sales manager, he had earned enough
