One day, a five-year-old boy for the first time held a racket and started to hit a tennis ball in his garage for hours and do the Wimbledon trophy wishing one day he could win the Wimbledon tournament. The boy did everything with that racket like:
1. Sleep with it
2. Eat with it next to him
3. Go to school with it
4. Play at recess with it.
One day a tennis coach saw him play in his garage and said you want to play
.
His parents saw him and decided that he could play. At eight years old his parents pay a particular class every day after school and do homework from 5:30 to 7:30 and then go to sleep. At eleven years old he has got his personal coach and a sponsor for twenty-three years that is Nike. His parents were so proud of him when his coach had told them that he could be a professional tennis player.
At seventeen years old, he became the youngest player to beat the best player to stop him from winning five Wimbledons in a row. At nineteen years old, he became the youngest man to win a Grand Slam in Wimbledon. At twenty years old he became the youngest man to win all four Grand Slams in one year. At twenty three, he had won Wimbledon and US Open again and at thirty he had already won six times in a row and broke the record.
In the Australian Open he had won six Australian Opens and turned into the oldest player to win back to back after one year of knee injury and won oldest number one in the world. In the Roland Garros he only won one Roland Garros in 2009 and had a perfect tournament because he didn’t lose a set. In the US Open he has won three in a row and two more the next three years and has five in total to win twenty Grand Slams and the oldest men to break the Grand Slams record ( sixteen ) at thirty seven years old and the rules in tennis are that you can not play any more at forty years old.
For me his story is very inspiring because he didn’t know what was that sport and turned out to be the GOAT, MVP, most respectful player, and the best and his quotes are never let the ball bounce twice
, play one point at a time
, you have to respect your opponent, because your opponent might be your friend, and this one is my favorate
If you fail, never give up because F.A.I.L. means first attempt in learning, end is not the end, in fact E.N.D. means effort never dies, if you get an answer no, remember that N.O. means next opportunity.
He had done everything to shock the tennis lovers, he has the Grand Slams record, craziest shots, perfect forehand, perfect backhand, perfect volley, perfect touch, perfect serve, perfect overhead, perfect slice, and I can say more and of course perfect respect for others. When he is down on a match, he never gives up and tries to come back and has the record for biggest comeback of the year. He is a perfect role model for every kid and for me because what he had done to take our love, excitement, and jaw opener for his shots had made us to think he is the best, his shots look like they are impossible to believe and you try to do them and you are not even close to a shot of an average tennis player. I do not have any more words to describe the best tennis player ever known Roger Federer, anywhere you go you see all people playing using his outfit, rackets, shoes, and when you go to see him play at a tournament the tickets are sold out. As a little boy he played soccer and said "I chose tennis because I did
