About this ebook
Streaking was a fad briefly. It was the act of running naked, except for shoes, in a public place. However, when the girls from the secret club at Hooker Wells College resurrected the tradition, they did it in bondage of one sort or another. In a conservative small town like Hooker Wells, it was shocking, to say the least, and the public displays became more and more extreme as the Sheriff tried to catch them.
Lots of strict rope bondage, sexy co-eds and a very frustrated sheriff in this mini-novel. And a few laughs in what is probably the first comedy B&D novel.
John Savage
John began his writing career in 1969 with an article written for Barbara Behr of House of Milan. But before he began writing novels, he was the photographer and editor of several B&D magazines with such titles as “Best of Bondage,” “Taskmaster,” “Bondagemaster,” and the politically incorrect “Teenagers in Bondage.” (None of the models were underage, despite the title.) In the early 80’s he edited, wrote for and photographed a magazine series called “John Savage’s Notebooks.” These long-ago magazines today command a high price, if you can find them.He has worked with Barbara Behr, Bob Bishop and F.E. Campbell, well known names in the B&D field. It was through his friendship with Frank Campbell that he became involved in the writing of B&D novels. Frank was considered the most prolific B&D novelist, credited with 100 books written for HOM. As Frank became older and had trouble typing, he began dictating books on audio tapes. John Savage then transcribed those books to computer disk for the publisher. Then came a time when Frank no long wished to write. At that point John began ghost-writing Frank’s novels. After Frank’s death, John began selling novels under his own name to House of Milan. He also wrote for Sandpiper Press, Olympia Press and Bon-Vue, all being published as paperbacks. With his computer background, it was an easy switch to ebooks when they became popular. He is currently writing B&D novels and occasionally non-B&D books under a different penname. As of this publication, he has a total of 140 novels to his credit. As to the man himself, he was born in 1943, is married, has two grown children and (so far) three grandchildren. He is a Viet Nam era veteran. Before taking up writing full time, his main career had been in computers, ranging from programmer to systems analyst. He still programs computers and enjoys it. He has a B.S. and an M.S. in computer science. Today he lives in Solana Beach, California, with his wife of forty-three years, enjoying his hobbies of astronomy, fishing and fast sports cars and, of course, writing.

In the Beginning…
June 9th, 9:33 am, 82 degrees Fahrenheit, another warm, early summer day in the small town of Hooker Wells. The main street was basking in the clean, pure sunlight with only a few people about. Some store owners were putting put signs, one old man sweeping the sidewalk in front of his hardware store, and a few pedestrians were strolling to or from Ye Olde Coffee Shoppe. This peaceful, middle American small town was about to experience an invasion of a type the simple residents could never have imagined.
It started when a young lady stepped out from an alleyway between two buildings and began walking along the sidewalk. She appeared to be one of the students from the only claim to fame of Hooker Wells: Hooker College. She was dressed in a rather small bikini of bright electric blue that revealed a fine, firm body with ample breasts and a nice curve in at the waist. Long black hair hung down to the middle of her back. However her age and appearance was hard to judge since she wore a mask over her face. It was more of a leather hood, actually, with two eyeholes and one nose hole in front, nothing more. It laced up the back.
Heads on the few people who were outside at that point turned towards the young lady, especially the males, who immediately noted the fine body on display, and some of the females who immediately noted that such a blatant display of near-nudity should not be allowed in a God-fearing, conservative town such as theirs.
As the young lady approached the Coffee Shoppe, her observers noted the hood and wondered. As she got closer and passed a few of them, there were gasps of surprise and lifted eyebrows. From the back it was obvious why the woman held her arms behind her. Her wrists were joined by a bright, shiny pair of handcuffs!
She casually walked past the Coffee Shoppe, drawing more attention from those inside who saw her through the window. A few even left their seats and coffee to step outside to get a better view of this phenomenon. Without turning her head, she continued down Main Street. By the time she reached Crosby Street, everyone was watching her hip-swaying progress. She turned the corner and disappeared from sight.
A couple braver observers, rushed down the street to see where she was going. When they got to the corner and looked down Crosby, there was nothing to see. The handcuffed woman had disappeared!

Mrs. Helen Cross, a spinster of advanced years, was so upset by the spectacle that she immediately called the local law enforcement. Natalie, the receptionist at the Sheriff’s Station, stuck her head into Sheriff Robert Parker office and informed him that an upset woman on the phone insisted upon talking with him. He sighed and picked up his phone.
Sheriff Parker here. What may I do for you?
After calming the semi-hysterical woman, he managed to piece together the story of blatant public display of nudity and possibly a kidnapping scene. He assured her that he would look into it and finally managed to get her off the line.
Damn college girls,
he muttered. But after thinking for a few seconds, he decided that he would personally investigate this supposed crime. He knew that some of the older residents did not like the sexy clothing the female coeds wore, and if it were simply a case of semi-indecent exposure, he would suggest to the girl that she keep such skimpy clothing out of town.
On Main Street, the main topic of conversation was the handcuffed girl. As he talked with the witnesses, two versions emerged. One group held that she was doing this voluntarily and trying to shock the public. Another group maintained that she was a kidnap victim who escaped from her captors and was trying to find someone to help her. She could not see where she was going, they said, because of that leather hood laced on her head. The Sheriff discounted that version since everyone agreed that she had walked a straight line down the sidewalk and ignored the fact that there were people around her. Even with her ears covered by that hood, she
