Rocket and the Donut Man: For the Love of a Dog
()
About this ebook
True story of a disabled dog, the man who loved him, and the journey life took them on when they set out to raise money to pay veterinary expenses for ill or injured shelter animals. From Pennsylvania fairs to the world of NASCAR, the duo made friends wherever they went and inspired a community to contribute to Rocket's fund and adopt rescue animals. Written by Dr. Mary, the vet who first treated Rocket and helped him find a forever home, the story draws the reader into the fundraising world of Rocket and the Donut Man.
