My Marley and me
Wagging his tail frantically, an adorable 12-week-old cocker spaniel jumped into my arms.
‘I’ll take him,’ I said to the breeder as the little pooch licked my hand.
Without looking back, Marley trotted along beside me to the car.
It was January 2011 and I’d snapped him up after seeing an advert online.
Growing up with dogs and after working with them as a groomer, I longed
