The moon looms over the city of Paris. Only the faint sounds of beasts can be heard as they hunt for their next prey. Through the streets walks a young witch, named Beryl, tasked by her covenant to hunt down the beasts. As the hunts go on Beryl finds herself fighting against more gruesome beasts and struggling to keep control over her powers.

Fernando E. Iriarte Rivera is a comics writer who specializes in fantasy and science fiction. He is currently studying at Full Sail University in the creative writing bachelor’s degree program. Iriarte has published a short story, “An Odd Escort”, in the Scarlet Leaf Review. Though the road ahead is hard, but if he can put a smile on someone’s face, it will all have been worth it.
