Remove the Wrong Clothing
The night is almost gone; the day of salvation will soon be here. So remove your dark deeds like dirty clothes…

Have you ever gotten dressed and not felt right about your outfit? I have. Sometimes I go through more than one ensemble before being comfortable with the clothing. The outfit has to be appropriate for the occasion. It has to fit well—not too tight, not too loose. The color must be well-suited to you as well. You feel good about yourself when you wear clothes you like that also look good on you.
Both in your everyday life and in your walk of faith, take off the wrong clothes. Remove what you have been covered with. Get rid of the defiant attitude. Strip away the hate, bitterness, and immoral behavior. Cast off the drugs, alcohol, and porn. Instead, be fashionable in God’s eyes, and be a reflection of the inner beauty He has given you. You were created in His image, but because of the fall of Adam and Eve, you have to deal with that broken relationship. Jesus came to Earth to be the bridge between our holy God and sinful man. The New Living Translation says in Isaiah 64:6, "We are all infected and impure with sin. When we display our righteous deeds, they are nothing but filthy rags." Our clothes in the natural world are not filthy rags, but you get the
