INTRODUCTION
THE FOCUS OF THIS BOOK is to reconnect with our inner peace and to find joy and happiness in our lives. We are here to connect with others, explore the world, and discover the miracles around us. We are here to enjoy the animals and plants that live on earth. We are here to have a variety of experiences to discover our talents, gifts, and abilities. We are also here to have wealth and abundance and to give to the greater good.
Today, the studies of human interaction prove that we are born with love, the most powerful of all emotions; and not hate. Despite all the information we have which tells us that love gives us internal peace; we frequently choose war, which brings about destruction within.
Why then is there so much unhappiness in the world and what keeps us from optimal living? Ancestral limiting belief systems, environmental factors such as culture, society, and media influences are discussed in this book as reasons for human suffering.
This book will offer solutions to assist individuals in creating happier lives for themselves. Some of the choices people can make to create more happiness in their lives are learning how to communicate more effectively and how to listen. Applied Kinesiology, meditation, and journaling are discussed in this book as some of the tools necessary to help us solve our problems. This book will teach us how to deal with our emotions and stress so that we can lead more balanced lives.
It has been a long journey in the creation of this book. It was written after many years as a metaphysical healer and researcher. This book is intended to be read multiple times to continue organizing new thoughts that will provide new brain cell impressions to the subconscious mind. I hope this book helps you find personal power and rewarding relationships after reading it.

● CHAPTER 1 ●
The Beginning
The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.
― Jack London
WHAT ARE THE BEGINNINGS of our lives in this physical existence? Yes, we are much more than an egg and semen creating an embryo. More than DNA, what makes us who we are? We find ourselves questioning how we got here and what influences us to think and act the way we do. As humanity, we are now being called on to take a hard look at our belief systems. Most of us don’t even think to question things that we believe.
Belief is defined as a state or habit of mind in which trust or confidence is placed in some person or thing.
Beliefs can be opinions, assumptions, or judgments. A belief is a thought. It could be a thought on steroids.
Most of our beliefs are not our own. They may have been inherited or influenced by our parents who inherited them from their parents and so on. By the time we move through many generations, we end up with thousands of people who have influenced our lives. We are a cocktail/mixture that contains elements from those who came before us, countless people with their range of thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and experiences.
How do these people leave an energetic imprint on us? It is through their belief systems. Belief systems are something that affects our everyday lives. They are a series of unformalized beliefs prevalent in a community or society.
Belief systems could be in the form of religion, political affiliation, philosophy, or spirituality. A religious belief system is usually structured around a moral code, the belief of one or more deities, and the ability for supernatural occurrences to affect us and the universe in which we live. A spiritual belief system is closely related to this, but it is not as structured. Some choose to believe in an afterlife and follow a moral code of conduct, but do not affiliate with a particular church or denomination. A political belief system forms a person's opinion of the government, economic policy, and various other social structures. How one feels and thinks about subjects such as immigration, health care, and welfare forms their political belief system.
Belief systems, like beliefs, are handed down to us through our ancestors. We can say that our journey starts with our ancestry. When you can see the lineage, you are a part of, it is easier to see the greatness that has been brought on by that heritage, while at the same time choosing to let go of their limited belief systems.
For example, if we look at the numbers, seven generations can bring us back 170 to more than 210 years ago, depending on how your family lineage works. My grandfather was born in 1890, and my grandmother was born in 1896. Those were very different times, and we are only going back a few generations. Think about how barbaric it had to be 200 plus years ago in the Wild, Wild West. Therefore, as human beings who belonged to the animal kingdom, we were
