He has served as a reporter for the Toronto Telegram, news director for radio station CHIC, reporter for Global Television Network and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. He founded Goldhawk Fights Back, Canada's premiere consumer advocacy program broadcast on CBLT, on CTV and on Zoomer Radio. He was host of CBC Radio's Cross Country Checkup and hosted Goldhawk Live on Rogers TV. Goldhawk left broadcasting in 2016 to establish Goldhawk Group Canada, a public and media relations company.

Gary Ralph is a journalist and investigative reporter, broadcaster, public relations consultant and media relations trainer. He has served as a reporter for the Kitchener-Waterloo Record, Toronto Telegram, Toronto Sun and CTV National News. He was an editor of several community newspapers and a producer of CTV's National News and CTV's W5 public affairs show. He formed Awareness Communications Inc. and has provided services in public relations, writing and media training through Canada and internationally for decades. He has consulted in a large number of crises involving private companies, non-profits, charities, institutions and governments.
