About this ebook
A witch’s curse. A world-ending prophecy. A daring rescue mission. Don’t miss the heart-pounding finale to Calla’s story!
On the run from the Guild of Guardians, Calla Larkenwood and her team of fellow outlaws plan a daring rescue operation into the Seelie Court itself. As if that isn’t enough to keep them busy, the power-hungry Princess Angelica has begun preparations for a horrifying prophesied spell that will forever change both the magic and non-magic realms.
When Calla is blindsided by an unspeakable tragedy before the rescue can be carried out, she struggles to remain focused on her mission. She believes she’s reached her lowest point—until a witch reveals the final blow: she has cursed Calla’s magic. With time running out, can Calla save the one she loves and stop the prophecy from being carried out before the curse claims her life?
Perfect for fans of The Mortal Instruments, The Iron Fey, and Graceling.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I started reading this book some time ago. Then I had to stop in the middle so I could proofread a friend’s book. I finished that one, picked this one up again, and it was like I’d never put it down!
This is the sixth book in the Creepy Hollow series, but the last book in the three-book “Calla” arc. It’s difficult to write much for fear of spoilers, but I can tell you that this series keeps going from strength to strength. You should absolutely pick it up if you haven’t already.
There are three three-part character arcs in the Creepy Hollow series. If you wanted to, you could start at the beginning of any arc. But I think you’d be missing out if you did that. While you don’t NEED to know what happened in the previous arcs, there are callbacks to those old characters that will make you feel very special if you’ve read their stories. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5wow.
just wow.
this has to be the best book so far, but that's kind of impossible, because of how amazing all the previous books were. - Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/52 1/2 stars for this arc of the series, 3 stars for this book.
Reasons why I didn't like the 2nd arc as much as the first.
I didn't like the main character Calla as much as Vi. Calla has this family and extended family support, Vi did pretty much everything on her own.
The traitorous friend Zed I saw coming a mile away, but I didn't expect his offense would be as dark, the murder of an infant.
Zed pretty much is Nate from the first arc.
I don't believe that a librarian would commit treason or an evil act. Hey I just love librarians too much to ever believe that. :D
I liked the ending.
I do like that Calla rejected killing, even to save her own life and along with Chase tried to save Vi from committing an act of vengeance for Victoria Rose's murder by Zed.
The ending with the tear between Fae and human realm sets up interesting possibilities for an upcoming arc.
