CHAPTER 1
Ever since Atlas was a child he had wanted to be stronger than Hercules, but Hercules was a legend he defeated many beings. from the five armed colossi to the twenty-foot dragon. Hercules out powered them all.
The dragon's fire couldn't burn through skin that was so superior it was like impenetrable armour.
Although Atlas could have been something of a legend himself, he hated publicity so he toned his strength down to not draw attention to himself.
But even then it wasn't easy, he got drunk and bested the thirty-foot giant Gigantus. to be fair, Atlas was sort of god. now, I say sort of God because there are so many creatures that aren't gods but, could be on a par with the gods, in fact, it was every being for themselves in those days.
There would be the odd invasion by creatures wanting to rule. but powerful beings came together to fight them, and they won.
Atlas had quite enjoyed those fights especially swinging a Minotaur by the horns to knock out, his enemies.
He didn't kill the Minotaur. but; it had a terrible headache afterwards. and couldn't walk in a straight line without collapsing.
Then there was the time Atlas punched a snake in the head. the snake was pretty damn big. twenty times bigger than your average king cobra. and it looked like it would win with the lethal bite it gave Atlas. with poison that could kill an elephant the size of Jupiter.
But that didn't have much effect on Atlas in fact, it pissed him off so bad that Atlas knocked it out with a mighty punch.
Hercules was talking to the fortune teller to see who his next fight would be.
"Tell me who will dare challenge the mighty Hercules I have beaten every foe that comes my way.
"There will be a challenger greater than you Hercules, his name is Atlas. he will have strength similar to yours, he survived the venom of the gargantuan cobra the same Cobra that almost killed Poseidon, even the god's powers wouldn't be able to hurt him.
Hercules took this news the only way he knew how. he picked up the fortune teller by the throat and with one mighty shut of his hands, he crushed the fortune tellers neck.
Hercules knew who Atlas was although Atlas was extremely muscular, he was nowhere near Hercules height and size. Hercules was seven feet tall. Atlas was probably only six. how dare this man be compared to Hercules.
The fortune tellers soul came out laughing.
"Do you realize what you have done? You have set the prophecy in motion this was the first step towards your doom.
And with that, the fortune teller disappeared
CHAPTER 2
Atlas was in his home, I call it a home but it was really a cave with a small bed, some weights and a place to store his food. that's all he needed. sleep, food, and training.
He had just finished eating five baked potatoes, two chickens lots of peas and a whole broccoli. this was essential for him to get his energy Every creature had to eat even superior beings. but, the difference has Atlas had no need for fat so no matter what he ate he never had any.
He heard shouting outside so he got up as quickly as he could and went out and saw what caused the commotion.
It was a creature that changes shape to that of part man part wolf it was a creature that wiped out a village of giants. A creature that Atlas had heard so much about from Gigantus it was a werewolf.
but before he could do anything Hercules had already punched the wolf in the jaw-shattering its teeth and sending it flying against a tree.
