Chapter 1 – Today, September 12 [2011]
The time is such that the United States of America is in a state of uncertainty.
The upper echelon of government cannot collectively decide what the best method is toward a progressive way of living for the people they were put in office to represent. We (the USA) are under the leadership of this country’s first formally inaugurated African-American (Black) President, Mr. Floyd Boston
and it seems as though his constituents (both parties, Democrats and Republicans) don’t want to see him succeed at guiding this country back to its number one world renowned status. The old days and ways of some of the people of this country still stand in the way of progress (Some things in this country will never change completely). Although, Mr. Boston inherited the discombobulated mess of the Toney Harris administration; he still stands defiant and most confident that he can turn this country around and I truly believe he can. The way he walks and talks gives me the confidence that one day I will live in a better America. I am not saying this because I am black; his bold approach and charismatic appearance tells me that he stands for everything I believe in about America. My belief is that it was not a mystery or coincidence how Mr. Boston came to power. This is my belief and I will always stand behind it. He (President Floyd Boston) was put into power intentionally by both political parties (Democrats and Republicans) because the reputation of the United States throughout the world was severely damaged by the Harris Administration and the only way to regain the world renowned political status the United States once secured was to put a Black man into power. Both parties knew that Austin Gray would be no match for Floyd Boston. Both parties knew that Austin Gray had about a snowballs chance in the Sahara Desert of defeating Floyd Boston. Mr. Boston played the game very well too. He (Mr. Boston) set back in Congress and watched nearly everything that was going on (the money corruption and mistress scandals prevalent in both parties) then Mr. Boston conversed with Mr. Alex Newton and the race to the presidential seat was on. When he ( Mr. Boston ) won the Iowa electoral votes I knew that he would become the next president of the United States. I have six brothers and we talk about this stuff all the time and I told them, man, when the state of Iowa say that a black man needs to be president then you can best believe that will be your next president. Sure enough that is what happened. At that time the state of Iowa was less than one percent black by population (and it could have been less than that). Yea, I said, when that many white people decide that a black man should be president, therefore you can best believe that is what is getting ready to happen. That is how I knew who would be the next president after Toney Harris. Both parties also thought Mr. Boston was going to be just another Cotton Picking Yas’su Joe
, but he turned the tables. He and Vise President (Mr. Alex Newton) now stand most defiant as to what America truly stands for (One Nation under God). I believe that Mr. Alex Newton truly believes in the fact that as Blacks and Whites together we built this country to the status of number one in the world as we held for many decades and that we will hold that status again, very soon. Yet, there be a few that think that this country was built alone by themselves (God bless them, I am always praying for them too). The president visited the Freightliner truck manufacturing plant in Mount Holly NC in March of 2012. I was employed for a cleaning contractor (CIS of NC) that cleans for Freightliner. Although, I was not allowed to attend the event at the plant, I had a chance to see his motorcade ride by within a few feet of where I was standing along the highway. I held my two year old nephew Anthony Jr. on the back of my neck. The scene was truly awesome; it was the most exciting event I ever witnessed, except for the birth of my son. I was interviewed by a local newspaper (The Charlotte Observer) and I told the reporter that one legacy of the president would be that he took the time to come to a small town like Mount Holly to check
