I have a BA in humanities from Rutgers University and have done graduate work in elementary education at what is now Keane University. I have eleven years of teaching experience, having taught grades two through five. I’ve also worked with children who have learning disabilities in the public schools. Now widowed, I am the mother of three and the grandmother of seven. Currently, I live alone in a senior community and write a monthly poetry column for our community magazine.
