This book is dedicated to the parents who gave me this education and to my both original and adoptive family that supported me in learning international world logistics as well as especially to my father Adam who guided me to the study and the good life. Also the good politicians who took care of me, Americans so much as of Mexico and other countries and his systems of safety that took care of me and that contributed to my work of helping in the third world war and that it explains how I helped it is also dedicated to those who protected me from friends and enemy parts… as well as to the men who lost the life in the fight east west and who those who remained prisoners in the war and fallen when fighting in it… for west and the freedom and the free world where we live. the life of an American diplomatic analyst and of war, who operated as presidential adviser, in a maximum secret for situations of nuclear emergency and it helped much to the West and its allies in the nuclear war, he influenced much in the most important thing, in their international relations of its foreign policy, the cold war, to ensure that the countries in dispute used their unique ideas in agreements that many only dreamed in the past and thus can be heard by the most powerful men in the world in actions of normal and nuclear war, who used his ideas to save the country of the nuclear war, after having tried to adopt him in the 1960s and have been possible adoptive son of a prominent American family and that after a while of incorporated into international strategies to feed a database in Washington D.C., from Arizona and México secretly, that was used by large Governments at the level of former Presidents of the United States, ideas that helped much to nuclear United States geo security and for which, I discuss today the story of how he started and—that the Government of the past heard and used his ideas on geopolitics, international, anti-communist and anti-nuclear and the way that they did so from 1979 to 1996.

Introduction

Everything began in the late 1940s, approximately, in 1948 when an uncle of him named Jesus died, got a job in New York, at the foreign embassy in that city and worked with his close friend Mr. Consul, that after attending several parties and make relationships in many parties in society, where the Embassy was invited, he with his friend the first diplomat in charge of the Consulate, met many beautiful women and their partners, of whom he became friend and to important people in New York and of the East of United States, who controlled the economy and politics of United States then, in this way after relate with them the American security teams continued frequenting him to see where they fit in his life and they investigate his diplomatic career. To make statements, my uncle, sometimes very liberal, they liked the democratic of him and so the anti-Communist United States team investigated him, and at the end of the research they found a normal Mexican pro American family, where there was a doctor, my father, and an uncle who was a federal judge, brothers of my uncle Jesus, that after a long stint in United States decided at the end go to work in Mexico City, in the Government as banking director and resigned from his diplomatic career after spending 3 years in New York, he liked Mexico the most, but friends sometimes, waved him from there by telephone and correspondence and lovers left too. He spent the rest of his life in Mexico until its end in 1998 and thus back us to the past to start and work at the Embassy, he sometimes got the attention of the Government and the American team in favor and against, because he liked to make controversial statements, because he had worked in trade unions and he went to work at a Bank of the Government controlled by those troubles, and had infiltrated some countries to Mexico with ideas and sometimes I X 99 chatted quite With the U.S. anti-Communist team, which was watching him for security reasons and for being near the high Mexican command, which he was a friend, and for being as influential people friend both of the Government of Mexico as of the Embassy, and which, over the years they found me and they knew me through student recruitment teams and later at the suggestion of my parents when I was born, since they were friends of my uncle in 1962 they saw a prospectus for its activities of security because I liked the movies about spies and international policy, already as a teenager, my uncle had differences with some Mexicans already in power, as his close friends had not reached the top or he not qualified for that, or nominations extras of high political posts and the Americans who have recruitment programs, they sought another option in the family for the future in which eventually I was going to become an important Advisor to President of United States of the future, and as my mother Rebei, wanted to be divorce of my father Adam in 1967, in talks with the Americans, with one of the families friends from my uncle, my father suggested to give me up for adoption and take me to the United States, but when they saw me unhappy for separating me from my original parents, they decided not to make me suffer and ultimately I stayed in Mexico studying many things. When they measured my IQ, it was released very high, in kinder garden where they did me a test, they decided to teach me many things as political and security with highly modern methods such as television and even if you don’t believe, I went to a special, program of the Pentagon where the President of United States, would use the ideas in an international emergency in the future after being analyzed by people and computers, being the best. Since very young at the age of 17, I started to learn and to be protected by them, at the age of 6. The military had this secret program of United States, should train gifted minds and because my ideas fit more with the Central Intelligence of America CIA, taught me about the international politics of United States and around the world, including, study enemies of United States, the socialist countries and I have a ratio of 135 which was very high because the normal is 94, I qualified to advise the American high command in international emergencies, on the other hand, what was really going to succeed in the future were the exceptional ideas, logistics and knowledge that had taught me and that I would open the way for the Odyssey of advising the most important President of the world.

To have one of the most powerful families of the world wanted to adopt me, it was highly recommended for this project and my ideas were accepted and I reached the highest level of United States as Secret Presidential Adviser, for the logistics, anti-nuclear and anti-communist from 1979, when I realized that he liked my ideas to the former President and the computer I gave them the first anti-nuclear logistic plan which was very good, it was authorized by the central computer.

And so, these prototypes of education that in the past in the decade of the seventies, were made by a few very large companies who helped with the filming of scripts and special orders to make TV series dubbed especially, and others for special private circuits of video tape. In the seventies he enjoyed this at the time he wanted, some fully translated to the Spanish and others in English, they were as 90 series of television with many chapters, police, policy action films, television series and of spies and other sequences that had to learn to develop a special personality and acquiring the American lifestyle although his family already had, also the style of, life of other countries both Democrats and Socialist and thus learn many things and events that happen in the contemporary world and that they helped him learn about international politics and that way he would be one of the most important presidential advisers in anti-communist and anti-nuclear security of United States. They taught a repetition of what learned in school, thus also of the universal history, both of the art as our culture and who we are as a society, 5000 years of history, from the principles of civilization with form of Government until the modern era. Thus he forged a real image of the world and sociology, with this newest method of teaching, because television had reached the best standard as means of communication and by this means was taught to X99. So eventually, coupled with other special teaching methods helped him build many things in the future were to be useful to become a highly influential Advisor of United States and the West in geopolitics of control. With these ideas was introducing more and more to recommend to senior members of the U.S. Government, through the person who paid his teaching and his invisible adoptive father, left everything in the hands of the Government but in communication with the staff of the former President and thus achieve influence on policy of nuclear war in the 1980s and 1990s perceived in the seventies.
