About this ebook

Welcome to the town of Doubt! A town where dreams are outlawed and frowned upon by the people who live there. A place where imagination has no home and has long been forgotten. It's not until one child (you the reader), who dares to be different, is when the town of Doubt will finally receive a much needed change.

C.S. Lincoln

C.S. Lincoln was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He’s one of six children born to Gary Lincoln (retired police officer) and Sonja Arline. He dreams of becoming a civil rights attorney and opening numerous youth centers where children of all backgrounds can come and realize their true potentials. He’s a firm believer of “it’s not where you come from that determines your future, but where you want to go.” He’s currently writing his first children’s book, What If. A book that he hopes will inspire children to always push for their dreams.

I would like to tell you a story about a town called Doubt. At first glance, it’s just like any other town; it has schools, buildings, cars and people. However, Doubt isn’t just the name of the town, it’s actually how the town people live, and it’s their motto. The people of Doubt live exactly as the name states; full of doubt and lack of ambition. The people of Doubt have forgotten how to dream. They desire to be nothing more than what they are now. They don’t want to invent, change, or seek
