About this ebook
She had chosen to live in a Maple tree that happened to be in the pasture of a Mr. Pop E.
Jones. All the stray animals in the area found a home with Applecheeks as there was plenty
of food, sunshine and love!
Pop E. would bring apples to the pasture every day. Then he would sit and watch grinning ear
to ear as all the animals scurried out to eat the scrumptious treats. There was often plenty
of excitement in those old mountains as well!! One Fall Pop E. had to leave Old Applecheeks,
but he made sure that all the animals in his pasture would always be taken care of and he
would never be forgotten.

Sheila is the mother of three and a homemaker in Ocala, Fl. She and her family are very well known for giving a home to those in need. Having worked in the Oncology field for many years as an MA, and having personal experience with the loss of loved ones from cancer has given this book a solid foundation. This particular book reviews life in the mountains of Western North Carolina where she spent many happy years. Sheila hopes that this book will let all who read it know that a loved one is never lost as long as you can remember their smile. A perfect way to remember that loved one is to plant a tree. The tree is a living remembrance of the one you love so dearly. Never let go of those memories as you watch the tree reach for the heavens. She hopes that those who lose loved ones will plant their own Pop E. tree.
