Gabriela Gil Hong, is the eldest of six children.  Her parents raised their family near the ocean, rivers, and lagoons of eastern Mexico where Gabriela and her siblings were constantly immersed in Nature’s beauty.  Her childhood experiences imbued Gabriela with a deep respect for all forms of life.  She even regarded the chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats, and a goat that she grew up with as member of the family. Gabriela put herself through University in Mexico.  Upon migrating to the U.S., she earned a Certificate in Early Childhood Education from UCLA.  She is an active member of a community based non-profit where she has earned more child care credentials.
