The World Is Mine: Accumulation. Inspiration.
()
About this ebook
The ?rst home picture in the book is the point at which I welcomed my original inspiration. I saw that house with all the yard embellishment and thought, The owner is so happy and content. It just beamed with The world is mine. I have everything I want! The remaining pictures were taken within a five-mile radius of my home in Milton, Florida. The accumulation became my inspiration. But the real inspiration, the refreshing stories, are part of my collection for many years.
The mismatch of the pictures with the stories provides an interesting contrast. I love it! I hope you are amused and refreshed with the amassing motivation.
Pamela Pfister
It’s ironic that she would publish a book that describes her life: accumulation/inspiration. She spent the first thirty years married to Captain Hook, the evangelist for children and producer of Pirate Adventures with Captain Hook, a kids’ TV show of over twenty years. She was “Mrs. Hook.” She has been accumulating stories, ideas, and friendships for many years. The Captain was promoted to heaven in 1993. Now in her second life, remarried, Pamela is still accumulating and doing her best to inspire. She always has a story to tell. Her husband, Fred, is a master craftsman. He builds the props for their dinner theatre productions. He is also a potter, and they do presentations together in Renaissance mode. He throws the clay, and she gives the biblical analogy. She has three grown children, two sons and a daughter, and thirteen grandchildren. They all minister to children (and adults), each in their distinct, creative ways. She gets much of her inspiration while running at the park every morning. She also does her memory work for the many dramas she is involved in while running. She sews costumes for dramas and reads all the time. She loves God and His book too!
