This book is a variety of short stories about coffee, psychic, and mediumship readings from my life of as a psychic medium. I have spent more than twenty years as a registered nurse and army soldier. This is a guide for those who seek to understand psychic abilities and for those who are interested in enhancing their own awareness. This book relates my experience in working with those who are skeptics, those who are believers, and those who are just curious about the afterlife. This is a reflection of working with the gift of spirit and the lives of those I have been able to assist.
The title of this book was inspired by the lyrics of the song You’re So Vain
by Carly Simon.

Foreword
27153.pngHaving spent most of her career as a nurse and a military officer in the United States Army Reserve, you would think that Catherine would have had her fill of helping others during her professional journey. But this isn’t the case.
I first became acquainted with Catherine through her show of support with the mission of the Rock Star Super Star Project. The words she shared were intriguing, and she conveyed a sense of confidence, leaving one with a feeling of security and comfort.
Catherine Nadal has a remarkable gift; she has the ability to sense things beyond the normal perspective, to see things unfold before they happen. Her psychic gift is something one doesn’t experience often, and no one can deny her willingness to share this foresight in words that offer hope.
I have seen through my work with the Rock Star Super Star Project the benefit of sharing optimism and wisdom. Any type of work that involves supporting individuals in overcoming self-destructive behaviors, including addiction issues, isn’t an easy task. Catherine’s tireless work assists those still suffering, helping them to understand that in order to heal, self-love and strength must come from within.
I am grateful to have crossed paths with Catherine. Through her wisdom, I have become more enlightened about the importance of connecting the dots between parent and child regarding substance abuse. In addition, her influence in the world of pop culture and her relationships with those in the entertainment industry have helped further the positive impact of her own mission, bringing people together in extraordinary ways and allowing them to live a life of purpose and dignity.
As the reader of this book, your task is to uncover and document your own journey, just as Catherine has done within the pages of this book. You will find many tools to support you on your path to self-discovery while reading Seeing More Than Clouds in Your Coffee.
Thank you, Catherine, for your indefatigable and passionate dedication to extending a hand to others through your very insightful, inspiring, and encouraging words. You awaken hope and bring about healing.

Introduction
27155.pngMy name is Catherine; and I am a professional psychic medium. This gift has been part of my life since my childhood. Many people are amazed by the work of a psychic, while others are skeptics, and still others are just, plain and simple, non-believers. I choose to embrace everyone and all points of view. I do not judge anyone based on a person’s beliefs, nor do I expect that my life or beliefs should somehow be accepted by everyone.
I have always been sensitive to others and to future information, especially during difficult and challenging times. Dangerous situations have heightened my psychic ability and have tested my own beliefs. After serving in a combat zone, I decided to share my gift publicly with others.
Some people might see being a psychic as a curse, but I have never looked at it that way. I know in my heart that this is a gift from God. As with any gift, I have to protect and take care of it. I have chosen to treasure my gift. My life is different from most people’s lives, as is my path in life, and I am grateful and honored.
Although I spent a childhood consumed by predictive dreams, I never planned a career as a psychic medium. I have worked in the field of nursing and received bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Early in my nursing career, I sought financial assistance for my education and joined the United States Army Reserve. The Reserve promised me a bachelor’s degree in exchange for hard work and adventure. In May 1991, I couldn’t raise my hand fast enough to join. It has been an amazing experience, serving with brave, intelligent, and caring men and women, both stateside and overseas. I have seen many states and countries that I never dreamed I would visit. Also, I have had the opportunity to experience different cultures and witness the brutal impact and effects of war. Through this work in combat, I drew in the true meaning of life, tossing out previous perceptions and disbeliefs. I realized that we sometimes find our true selves when going through the toughest challenge.
A psychic is psychic no matter where they go. I packed four duffle bags for my tour of duty but also brought my psychic ability.
It is important to understand that psychics can’t predict their own future. They can get glimpses through dreams or visions, but helping themselves with this gift is not
