Michael Cavicante

Born in 1966, Michael endured a very tumultuous childhood, which can be read in his autobiography, “A Father’s Double Life”. It was after his childhood that he was determined to make something out of his life. A Gulf War Veteran, Michael would receive numerous medals and other awards over a ten year career, and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 1996, but would go on to bigger and better things. After convincing the General Sales Manager on an interview in January of 1996, that he would make an excellent salesperson, he was hired by a Chevrolet Dealership in Chesapeake, VA, and would go on to win Salesperson of the Year Honors in 1997. After two and a half years of selling cars, Michael was hired as a branch manager for one of the largest banks in the nation (without a college degree or any prior banking experience) because he aced the interview. Twenty-one months later, he was recruited by one of the the largest Chrysler Jeep Dealers in the nation, and from that point on, would embark on a career which has earned him a six-digit income, since 2000. In his twenty-four years in the civilian work force, since being discharged from the Navy, Michael has been offered a job on thirteen of fourteen interviews that he has been on. It is these successes, that has prompted him to share his secrets with you on the Art of the Job Interview. Michael has been married for thirty one years, and has two kids (both college graduates). He currently works himself, as a General Sales Manager for a Ford Dealer in Maryland.

INTRODUCTION

Do you often wonder why you are either unattached, not engaged or not married, and for that matter, have never been proposed to?

Here you are an attractive, in-shape female with a great career, with or without kids and very independent. You are witty, intelligent, funny, charismatic and outgoing, yet you have failed to find your soul mate or for that matter, even a guy that you are even remotely interested in; or that you find for one reason or another, that guys are not interested in you.

Perhaps even, you don’t find yourself physically attractive. You may think that you are too fat, too skinny, your breasts are too big or they aren’t big enough. You think that you are too tall or too short. You think that your nose is too big, or that your teeth are too crooked, or not white enough. For whatever reason, you just don’t feel like you measure up to the standards that you think men are looking for.

Maybe you had kids out of wedlock and/or are no longer with the kid(s) father, and you think that nobody wants a woman that has kids, especially two or more, but you will find out that that is not true.

Maybe you have a man already, but you haven’t a clue as to make him happy. It seems like nothing you do is ever good enough. Well, I am going to tell you the key things that make a man happy. It doesn’t mean that you have to do everything in this book, but it will offer some key things that a man looks for in a relationship.

I will get into different scenarios that today’s women find themselves in. I have experienced friendships with many women of all age groups and it is easy for me to understand why they aren’t married or why a guy has never even proposed to them; but I am too nice to explain the reasons to them, so with any luck, this book will fall into their hands.

Consider this your MAN HANDBOOK as it should give you a lot of insight as to what it takes to get a man, but more importantly, what it takes to keep the man once you get him. So enjoy it, as I hope it will help you in your relationship.

I have also written some erotic short stories in poetic form and placed them at the end each chapter. I hope you enjoy them as well. If they are well received, I will release a book with nothing but such stories.

To get you warmed up for your readings, I will also begin with a poem.

20 Year Old Virgin

I was at the club one night

Standing in line for a drink

When a Beautiful young lady walked up

I didn’t know what to think

The line was long

And she didn’t want to wait

I offered her to cut me in line

As she kindly replied thanks

After receiving her cocktail order

She went back and had a seat

My eyes followed her across the room

As I also got my drink

I was certainly fixated on her

As she looked my way while she sat

She then nodded her head towards an open chair

That was my cue, even I knew that

Being naïve with ladies and not knowing what to say

Was my main and only concern

She quickly put my worries to rest after I had a seat

She talked enough for both of us I would learn

My fears soon dissipated

It was easier than I thought

We conversed openly and freely

And another drink for her I bought

We got on the subject of sports

And how we liked playing basketball

The base gym was still open late that night

For her I would easily fall

We went to her car

And drove over to the court

We then checked out shoes and shirts

And even a pair of shorts

Basketball was the game we were to play

But it was anything but that

As she tackled me when I went up for a shot

And no one was keeping stats

This went on for about twenty minutes

I had no clue as to what the night had in store

All I knew was that my hormones were raging out of control

And felt that I would be a virgin no more

We both took showers and put on our clothes

And then met back at her car

She then took me to her home

It wasn’t very far

Again, I was very naïve so remember

Keep that in mind when I tell you

About the chain of events that took place that night

And everything that we do

She pulled up behind her house

And asked me to get out and wait there for her

Her backdoor was about a hundred feet away

After a blink of the lights, I would move forward

I got to her patio door

As she grabbed my hand and led me in

It was very dark in the home

But upstairs is where we went

With the lights still out, she closed the door behind us

As I just sat on the edge of the bed

She then went to the bathroom to freshen up I guess

As all kind of thoughts were going through my head

When she came out

She had on some beautiful lingerie

As I saw the silhouette of her body

While she stood there in the doorway

The bathroom light clicked off

And I felt her presence as she neared me

She placed her hands gently on my broad shoulders

As my heart palpitated something fiercely

I didn’t know exactly what to do or to say

For I was a virgin through and through

I guess that’s why she had to take charge

As I let her do the do

My body shivered and shook

As if it were ten degrees in the room

I hadn’t a clue as to what was about to happen

Or
