THE DAUGTHER HE DID NOT RECOGNISE

Really a daughter may mean an offspring of a male and a female due to some love/sex relationship that may have transpired between them in way one or another, as it was not possible for a female to conceive a child (pregnant) in real life without a male product that could fertilize the female product. However, the contrary story could be seen in the bible book, when the virgin mary conceived (pregnant) without any love/sex with any man, but by the words of God and due to it’s holy origine, that was the Jesus Christ delivered by the above mentioned person by then. When it happen in the first instance or particularly on marriage, it was assumed that the child, if a female, is the daughter of the couple, where as if a male, was then the son of the same persons also. But when that daughter was conceived just on one time love/sex making only, at that junction, the biological father do not feel good and may not recognise her, particularly when the couple are not under marriage and the event happened, then watch it. Well, the persons involved in this case was an immigrant student from a black African country that arrived in Europe for the purpose of education and living a student hard life, as he did not come from a well to do family, that could have financed his education and a lady from the Italian country that stay with her parents in a small village. When the immigrant student had no money for his stay and could not find a good part time job from the Italian country due to the less supply on it and a higher demand for the same, but then he could create one for himself by doing the popular street seller’s job or (hawker job). That mean he could buy petty products from some shops/supermarkets, but not consumable ones as it was prohibited and re-sale to passers by on the streets with or without a hawking permit by then. Europe was not what he thought it to be from the advertisements seen back home in his country. So he shared a room (partly not habitable) with another immigrant student from another country also for a year, that disturbs much at night with his buzz while at sleep. He could not help to stop it, as it was impossible, but will go ahead with it like that till when he could rent his own apartment and be free from him. You see, sometimes he was at the school for lessons with his lecturar, while at other occasions he was on the street with passers by, un known to him for the hawking job and making some money for his living. Successively, he was able to make a minimum amount and jointly with another immigrant friend from his country that was having some accommodation problems where he stayed, they dicided to take an apartment of their own on rent, no matter how small it may be and considering their own conditions in their respective places. You know, to them it looked like a war that they will fight and win before they could stay well, other wise no other way will be good. For itself, that was the apartment to rent, they searched through the housing agents, but could not get any, as their measurement for that are very low, considering how much they intend wilfully to be paying monthly for the rent. So what remain was to move out of the town, preferably to the nearby villages, yet in search of the same apartment. When they saw one and after discusssing with the owner through the intermediary, they were rejected for the same motive indicated above. They could not stop at that junction, even though that a period of eight months has passed since the idea matured in their memory, but they continued till one day, the doors was opened for them. Well, it happened that a family whose apartment was not accepted by the intermediary agent due to the not habitable problems it presented, then placed an announcement for it’s two bed rooms apartment for rent to foreigners only. That was a good occasion for the two persons to act quickly or miss it again. They rushed for the apartment, discussed with the family on the price and it was very economical to them €50 a month compared to what is at the open market in the towns, so they signed a contract of rent within few days with the owner. They also furnished it with some second hand furnitures that they could afford and thinking that the good life has started, but not like that, as that was the beginning of their worst problems. Sincerely, belief it that there was no problem with the landlord on the rent or the not habitable condition of the apartment also, but when they allowed in the females from their country into the apartment to share every thing together, then the trouble arrived with immediate effect that they got the first punishment for such interactions. Just few months that passed with their female guest together and the prison doors was opened for them to stay for at least six months with several charges. In fact, the accusations ranged from living on prostitution, resistence to the law enforcement agents and helping illegal immigrants, of which they were condamned to eighteen months with conditional or suspension, but after six months in the jail, they were released and the people’s interactions has become tough. In real live, they only shared apartment together, except that the two female guests sometimes did go out for some days to do what ever they like and return to them, which was normal of people in general. Therefore, what ever thing the two females did out side could not have had any consequences on the two males at their apartment, but given that they are from the same country, staying together in the same apartment, they had the same verdict and that was it by then. But then it goes well that if democracy and fair justice could be the order of the days, the two males could not have had such verdict. With that event, however they have learnt a lesson and if really that experience could be the best teacher, then they have had it. Really they have been ruined in life by then, but that was not the end of it, so their determinations are still on and they moved ahead. As in the popular proverbal words about hens, that searched for foods front and back positions, then decided to move front for food searching, since it considered the movement in front position more better. So as the situation remained by then, they decided to move in their different direction and it was at that junction that the person who did not recognise the daughter as at topic, delivered by the Italian country’s mother appeared to play the part again. No doubt, he was also aware of how to cop with accommodation problems with the previous contract on house rent, so he moved further into the village area up to about seventy kilometers away from the town and then found a one bed room apartment attached to a compound that belong to the owner. At that point, the landlord was willing to give it on a minimal rent of about thirty euro (€30) a month and that was also good for him.

But then, there was the problem of transportaion, for the new place, only two bus services a day from the village to the town and back. But there was a regular train/bus services from a thirty kilometers small town to the main town where the university was situated. Such that if one has a private car that could take him to that thirty kilometers small town, then the transport problem could be resolved at the same time, but then the cost will be high, considering the situation as a non worker by then. So as it was observed, his conditions in the new village was that of staying in doors the more. He could neither attend to lessons every day nor come to do his usual hawking job regularly as he normally do, this does not mean that he had a stop to those events, but rather, twice in a week, he will either go to the school or to his hawking job, for lessons and sales respectively. The new place was really far that his friends finds it difficult to visit him as usual, but they do meet at the main town in either at the school or at the job place once in a week and that lack of visitors from outsiders made him to feel lonely and then look inward. The landlord of his apartment and the family are farmers with a daugther of about twenty years old by then, fat in structure with a timid character, that did stop schooling after elementary school education, but helping with the family farming sometimes, as they possessed some large portions of land for farming. That was still alright and some times the immigrant student was invited to do a day’s job, that will further help to reduce his house rent the more, of which he accepted and it functioned well for him. So as time goes on, the girl and the immigrant student got acquainted and she began to visit his room. And again, in one of the days during her visits to him in the night, they had sex and from then onwards, she stopped visiting/talk to him for two months, while the immigrant person did reciprocate in that manner, but for always, therefore his fractional anger not to know her more. According to the girl, that was her first experience, but through that relationship, she conceived a child and what the family saw was a pregnant female. When the news flashed in the family and village, the parents, together with the woman approached the African man and informed him that he was responsable for the pregnant of the lady and also to get ready to father the child. That very day was a bad one for him, as it was full of harsh arguements from different persons and refering to him, simply because of the pregnant female, of which the whole situation did not go well to him. In effect, he was of the opinion that the pregnant female could have given him cover and pointing accusing finger on another man, since he was a student, not in good terms with her and that the one time sex was not sufficient for him to be responsable for that problem. So as things remained by then, the parents of the pregnant female informed him to get set to marry her, of which he refused and that event started to cause some misunderstanding between them, such that they do not greet each other any more. A fat lady by nature, refering to the pregnant female, that at the seventh month, she was so large with the belly, such that people think she could have the child in few days from then or even have twins, but yet she still have another two months by then to deliver only a child. Months are moving fast and while they are arguing, the human nativity period was almost drawing near to it’s delivering time. Few months latter, she delivered a baby girl and became a mother by signing for the child, while the African man refused to sign for father. At that point, the child also took the surname of the mother, as if the two are from the same parents, but yet the baby girl remained her child. However, though that no scientific examination are conducted to show that he was the father of the baby girl, but mere looking at the girl’s face, indicated that she is a daughter to the man. In other words, the baby girl resemble the father more than the mother, but unfortunately, she could not carry the surname of the father due to his refusal to take up the responsablity. Well, he was in that apartment till the child started talking and one day she called him father, which mean dady, but he warned her not to call him father again, because he only met the ugly fat mother once in his life time and could not make a father to her child, at that point, the people’s interactions become tough, that they began to plan for danger against each other. In effect, that was moments of his anger in real life that he will never forget. That very afternoon, he was standing out side the compound and looking at the open space with his two hands across at the back without words or movements (you know standing like a statue at an open space) when suddenly he heard some fainting words from the down side beside him. On that occasion also, the mother of the girl was sited on the floor of the open space, before the arrival of him there at another angle of it, while the girl arrived shortly afterwards and imitated him by standing on foot there with her two hands across at the back, then mentioned that word (dady) that may have annoyed him the more and therefore, his reaction as described earlier. Well, he said to have crossed hands at his back, simply because he was fade up with life at that particular place and did not exchange even words with the mother of the girl as he arrived, therefore, that the girl should have been under the control of the mother, in other words, the girl should not have said a word when she arrived there. Probably or in the writer’s opinion, he may have positioned himself there at the open space to see if the mother of the girl could have said a word to him and he may have shun or snob her, but the daughter arrived by then to fall the victim. At that point, the mother did ask her to call him nothing, then invited her to return to her mother and confirmed the girl her daughter. But the girl did not call him nothing, simply because she did not know what it mean or not capable of saying it. What the hell or drama that was going on there? The two persons knows it better than other persons. So the man did abandon the two females there, moved to his apartment for a bottle of beer with some cigarates to smoke for a calm down moment and allowed the matter to be continued at another occasion. Given such a condition, the innocent girl did ran away from him on that occasion and avoiding him for always. You know, the girl could not challenge him at that early age or even know what else to say at that moment. In this case, one may ask if such comportment from the man was due to what happened to him before his entrance into the family’s compound, regarding the jail term that he suffered while at another town? However, which ever way it could be viewed, it was a contributive factor to it, as the first motive that he positioned earlier could not be sufficient, just that he met the fat mother only once and as such he could not father the child. Belief it that to meet a matured female one time only in sex action was really sufficient to make her become pregnant, but the question is this, if the man that had sex with her really love and want her with his whole mind? The answer should be no in that case, because he did not want her from the bottom of his heart. If yes, then he could have accepted the daugther as his offspring. From then, it was observed that he only wanted to have sex for fun, you know, as a joke without any purpose for that, but the female by then did not see it that way and that was where the whole thing went bad for him. On the other hand, could the female justify to people around and even to herself that she did not know that she was at her regular female circle before agreeing to have that sex on that occasion? Well, most pregnant women always declare to have been aware of such situation before it happened and the particular woman in consideration could not deny that fact. Again, put in another way, could she say that abortion was not possible at the second or third month of it, that mean if she did not want it to be delivered as a person in the near future? That was a good question since it was possible to interupt it by then, since the man did not want it. Therefore, the event gained momentum, since she actually know her position and then agreed to have that sex that particular day, that made her became pregnant. It was a simple issue, she could have said to the immigrant man that she could not have the sex that day due to her female circle problem and could have shifted it to another day or even a week to avoid what happened. She was not forced to make the love that day, as to mention that if he had not obliged her to do it, she could not have conceived. Therefore, since she was not forced to do so, then the choice was open for her to decide and she decided to have the child. There was also another theory, that involved the educational barrier, he said that for an elementry school female for that matter, if compared with a university graduate on his field of studies, how could such a thing be reconciled in the modern society of today? That was still a good factor in his favour, as he will record bad effect from some friends and well wishers due to it’s scandals, but on the other side, love does not look at education when it happens. Because if the man was serious on the educational barrier at the start point, that alone could have been a good factor for him to refuse sex with her always and the further problems could not have emerged, like that un desired daughter from him, but of which the female wanted with her full intentions, other wise the above mentioned preventions could have applied to interupt it at the early stage. You know how it will look by then, that he could have said to her, please look for your grade or indicate to be her superior. Or even her fatty structure of which he also lamented during that period could have scared him away from her. In that case, the important thing was that the two persons should have observed very well before they started the joke and to avoid what happened by then, as it was the baby girl that will have the shock the more from the part of the presumed father, who did not want her. Yes, what it really indicated in the shock was that the baby girl could not have the affection/friendliness of the father, for example, when the innocent girl who did not commit any thing or even did not know if there was any problem among them, called him dady, at least he should have touched her on the body or call her name, as to show that love or care, instead of a shun to her, not to call him father again or notify her to have met the fat/ugly mother only once. For example, imagine yourself visiting any place, then an infant child rushed to you and said uncle/aunt my mother bought me a shirt. In this case what will you do or say to the infant person? Belief it, any reasonable person will say: that was very good of your mother, to have purchased a shirt for you to dress fine and again to touch on the infant person as to show that friendliness. Remember also that the infant child was an innocent person, to whom no one at that moment would like to hurt for no good reason. And now, if it was true that the mother of the baby girl as at then, wanted to establish that the man was the father of the daugther, she could have opt for the scientific methods that are available all through the years (1990’s) till present day and moving ahead. After she had estalished that factor, she could then ask for the economic portion for the baby girl at the court and which will include in the maintenance expenses of her till the age of maturity, in this case which is fixed at the age of eighteen years, that mean the legal age of maturity. In any way it could be viewed, she did not prove that fact, may be, due to her personal reason, family own or even financial motive and did not ask for any court action, which evidenced that she also love him or she was very kind to him, while he had ruined her on that aspect, that mean, if she so belief that he did so. But while they were talking about the issue at the family level, the man finished his education, then started seeking for a good employment, while the mother of the infant person was angry about the whole issue, as the interaction has turn out to be tough, thinking may be to harm or kill the man, he successively transfered to another town, living in an apartment alone and suddenly arrived in his new place, the worst event for the man too. It happened that a second court reversed his suspended verdict for execution, that was for him to serve that eighteen months jail, but instead of that, it was converted to extradition to his country by force, such that one night/early morning during that period, while he was in the bed sleeping alone in his apartment, he was picked up from the place by the authorised law enforcement agents and expulsion to his place of origine did occur to his total surprise. Well, in that case, the motivation was as stated above, to avoid him serving that eighteen months in jail, but at the same time, the woman he made to become a mother and did not want in any way to father her child could also be a contributive factor to the extradition issue. So since she did not go to the court, but have anger about him, in that type of case, people may say, instead of the woman to harm him, as she has indicated her intention to do so, that mean to teach him a lesson of her own method, so that he will be afraid of her or even
